I just moved to this area and struggled finding a nail salon. Zen Nail Spa is so relaxing and they really pay attention to detail. My pedicure was amazing I upgraded to the sugar foot scrub & the aroma and the feeling was worth the 3$ hands down the best part is the massage and they have nailed this art here!! I absolutely love this place. I'm extremely picky about my nails and this place meets every expectation and then some. It is the cleanest nail salon I have been to and the staff is very kind. The new owner simply kind and go all his way to make sure u happy with the service.But the main thing that stands out for everyone else is simply always an excellent, excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. I switch back and forth between Nexgen and Gel polish and they do a great job with both. I highly recommend this place especially now that their prices have lowered! Read Less

I just had the best pedicure ever! It's their new Organics Deluxe Pedicure. Awesome organic products that smell wonderful, Accompanied by a great foot massage that lasted quite a while. Trim down nails way too much without asking, also left numerous cuts on all fingers and then proceeded to douse fingers in rubbing alcohol. Not good at listening to questions, also rush customers to pick out colors while also bribing customers to leave good reviews on here for money that they can't use until the next visit. There won't be a next visit. Not worth $35 to have what looks like it could be done in five minutes at a teenage girl slumber party. Read Less

I just got my nails done here with Nick. I usually go to my normal nail salon in Boynton, but decided to give this one a try since I found it on Yelp and purchased a Yelp deal from them ( $20 for $25). I got my acrylic fill in and toe polish change with an appointment, although walk ins are welcome (: ! I got seated almost immediately. The staff is very kind and will get to know you. The environment is very clean and welcoming. I had a great first time at this salon and I definitely will be returning if I'm in the area when I need a fill or polish change. It's true, the staff is friendly. They were able to accommodate me and two friends the same day, however, I made three appointments for the 'ultimate zen spa treatment,' and when I arrived they only had time to do two of these, so one in our party had less service. Before I left I could see my part of my gel manicure had rough spots, the associate was able to fix on nail. Had to return the next day for the other two nails. This spa charged approximately 15% more than their competitors. I'll continue to search for another. Read Less

Most enjoyable pedicure I've ever had.  The staff was very nice and very fun.  I enjoyed joking around with them.   It has been so long since I've had a pedicure and my cuticles and heels needed much attention.  The tech took his time and did a fabulous job.   They helped me pick out a fun summer color (I tend to gravitate towards warm winter colors). I am very pleased with the service, the techs and the quality of their work.  I went with a friend and her daughter who were also very happy with their pedicures.  I plan to go back today to get my nails done. Everyone in the spa was very friendly, hence the two stars. The actual Shellac service was really not that great to say the least. The manicurist who took care of me was on her phone multiple times throughout the service. I had asked for squoval shaped nails before she started filing, and stated I only wanted them taken down a little. My nails are now uneven, some are even longer on the sides then the center. The Shellac was applied so thickly that it didn't cure properly, it started crinkling while it was curing the UV lamp. (I work in a salon in Massachusetts thus I know that the crinkling is nor normal, and should not be aloud to walk out of the salon like that) The service which should take about 45 minutes, ended up taking much closer to 1-1/2 hours. By the time I got home the Shellac was already lifting, Im assuming it has something to do with it not curing properly. It did seem that some of the other manicurist had a better idea of what they were doing... All together I was VERY disappointed in my service. Hopefully they'll improve their quality control in the future and properly educate their staff before letting them work with a new product. I will not be returning to this nail spa.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Amy-I didn't want to judge the whole salon which is why I mentioned that the rest of the staff was very friendly.
