Tipsy's is my go-to place when I get my nails done. NexGen, Gel, and acrylic... never had a bad experience. Michael has done my nails multiple times and has done a fantastic job each time. I don't know what happened here. The place used to be packed all the time but it's been totally empty on my last two visits. The employees are phenomenal Haley, Lee & Andy were very attentive and gave us great service. Our nails look great! BUT... the owner's behavior was extremely rude. I was very disappointed in the obvious difference in his treatment of us vs. other customers. Kind of hard to miss when there are only 4 customers in the entire building. All clients should be treated equally. This place would be a great go to if this guy gets his act together. We were supposed to be enjoying an early Mother's Day celebration and this definitely put a damper on the day. Will not be returning anytime soon. Looking for a new place for my pedicures. This is where I take my daughter.  Okay ... I admit to getting my nails done with her every great once in a while.  They have a bar and serve wine.  Good people.  Seems like that they know what they are doing.  Besides, if they can work on my nails and keep  straight face, that shows excellent training.  In all seriousness, this is a nice place and they take good care of their customers. The place is really nice and clean on the inside and the staff are amazing. I got gel polish on top of the fake nails and three of them popped off within the same week and one of the other nails were loose. Other than that, i like the place. Read Less

Best Salon Ever. i called in about 30 mins before and got a gel manicure from the nicest nail technician ever.  There were 2 other ladies sitting next to us and we had such nice conversation the whole time.  I'm from out of town and have never had such a pleasant time getting my nails done. Took my fiancé here to get her nails done. The salon was wonderful and so clean! The staff were super friendly and we didn't feel like a burden to them. Her nails turned out beautifully and her technician really listened to her and did an excellent job. We would defiantly be going back! Read Less

I have been there for manicures, pedicures and took my son several times for haircut. The ambience is super nice. The nail techs are courteous. The place is bright and airy unlike other nail salons. They always do a good job and I never have to wait if I have apt. I always call ahead. Read Less

I went into Tipsy today for a fill and pedicure. The girl at the front desk was super nice. She offered me a drink and showed me the colors. Tia did my fill and pedicure. She did an amazing job. I'm pretty picky, but I left totally happy. I would definitely recommend Tipsy and Tia. Read Less

Recent transplant to FL. Had a basic manicure and pedicure. Awesome! Foot massage was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Enjoying a glass of Prosecco, felt like I was on vacation. I've added photos for emphasis, but this is the worst salon experience I've ever had and has made me scared to get my nails done again. I work in an environment where it's impossible to keep nail polish on, but since I was going on vacation, decided it was time to get pampered. When I got there, my manicurist was talking to someone else's client the whole time, noticed he messed up a couple nails and continued without fixing them (until I mentioned it) and painfully cut my cuticles. Fast-forward a day or two, nails are starting to chip, where skin was cut is hurting, and my thumb is extremely painful. Another day or two, some polish is completely gone, the skin he excessively cut is peeling back, and my thumb is infected. I actually had to go to a doctor to get antibiotics. My nails haven't been the same since this experience - weak and breaking. Never again.Also, side note: my mother had her nails done by a different technician and hers came out great and gave her no problems. If you do decide to go here, just be careful. Read Less

I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years now and everyone has always struggled with them. I have very short nail beds and I tend to bite them if I don't have nails on, usually they end up being very stubby looking or they are too thick, the nail gods were smiling on me today. I got put with Tia. Literally the best nails I've had in my entire life. Girl got me lookin like I could be a hand model or something. I have found my nail tech for life. This is the second time visiting Tipsy. I must say customer service exceeds your expectations from the time you enter. Not to mention the clean and inviting atomosphere. Being that it was a Saturday and my daughter and I had some spare time after lunch. All other places were packed with long wait times. We called and receptionist said she would be able to squeeze us in within 15 minutes. So we headed over to salon and was greeted upon arrival. I did the dip powder and my daughter did a full set with dip powder. Both nail techs were nice & attentive. Only thing I wasn't pleased with the filing of nails (the backwards file with hand up facing the tech). Not the techs fault but I've seen it used before. Actually had it done before and experience the same nail pain when finished. It just leaves your nail bed sore afterwards almost painful to touch. They had a lot of color choices which was great!  We were in and out very quickly for a Saturday! So us gyals were happy thank you and we'll definitely be returning. Read Less

I have been looking for a new place to get my nails done since moving to Palm Beach and after trying a couple other places and not loving the experience, I found Tipsy Salon and I am so happy I did. The place is very clean. Staff is very friendly. The price are very comparable and the service is excellent!! Best pedicure I have had in a long time (I opted for the cocktail pedi for $35) and best of all- you can purchase a mimosa, champagne or a glass of wine to enjoy during your service!!! Ryan did my gel manicure and my pedicure and he was great!! One of the ladies did my nail are and was super nice too. I will definitely be going there from now on. Read Less
