As a Licensed nail tech , I am shocked at what happens in these shop , I decided to start doing nails again . My friends and family are getting taking by these shops they keep raising there prices and the work is horrible and not right that is why you half to to getting a new set of nails they want it that way , that is how they make money . As for your pedicure I am so upset in what I see these get away with . Please be very careful in these shops ladies .I have been licensed since 1997 . I have visited love nails for over three years now. I have constantly went to Love Nails for the convienence of their shop being so close to home. Almost every time I arrived with an appointment, I waited more than 30 minutes at a time to sit down with someone to do my nails. I was always patient and always treated one another with the upmost respect. When I would state that I had an appointment at (for example 2 o'clock) I wouldn't be seated until 2:45. Their customer service is quite horrible as well. I would tell them I had an appointment at 2, and they would state that someone will be with me shortly with an attitude and tone of voice that was definitely not respectful. I have been there twice In the past 3 weeks first I got gel nails which starting falling off in less then a week they literally lifted from the sides and fell right off I went back & they made me wait an hour the lady that took me was rude & messed my nails up some were wider then the others and I brought it to her attention she got upset and I am more then sure the entire staff started talking about me because they would all just look at me & I just got this set of gel nails like 5 days ago and on 2 of them the gel is peeling off 3 popped off she also did my eyebrows & messed them up I would definitely not recommend to anybody don't waist your time nor your money it is not worth it !! Went for a gel mani. They did it wromg the first time. It peeled that same day. I went in a few days later to get it fixed and the staff were very rude and disrespectful. I waited for twenty minutes to be assisted and then she rushed through the process. She hurt he when GRINDING THE POLISH OFF. she didnt even bother to take most of it off. Like she left all of the old color and just took off the top coat. She then rushed to appy the new coats. She left bubbles and un even strokes. The top coat has brush strokes! Worst experience ever! I would give no stars if I could. Acrylic gel chipped after 1 week. When I called to complain, I was told to come back and they would fix them. After fixing, I was asked to pay $20. Why should I have to pay for a subpar product that doesn't last more than a week. My mom, my two sisters and myself just left our nail appointment for my sisters wedding. Two of us got nexgen French manicures, my mom got a gel manicure, and my other sister got acrylic with French...the worst French I have EVER seen. It's honestly laughable. Besides the fact that it all totaled to $164, and the ladies at the front were defending this horrific nail job as if it were acceptable. We've all come to this nail salon in the past and never experienced anything like this. You should never see the white part of your real nail under the acrylic, especially right after it's been freshly done..anyone who's ever gotten or seen acrylic nails know this. It looks ridiculous and now we're going home to remove the polish and paint over it since we can't afford more money to fix this botched job. Not satisfied at all with the service we received today. Have been going here for a long time. I go to Mi (pronounced My). I have French Nexgen nails and she is amazing. Excellent shaping! Worst place ever! I gave it one more chance today. The receptionist told me to go to a certain pedicure chair, and when I got there the technician started yelling in Vietnamese. She continued her tantrum and would not put the plastic on the tub. Another older woman stood with her, apparently she had an appointment. It's funny how about 3 of them spoke to each other in their language, but no one bothered to e plain what was going on. I walked out. I'm done with that place! They suck anyway. This used to be my favorite place to go and relax for a mani, pedi! I am a regular and when horsey and season starts the owner treats you differently. On 2 occasions now, I let 1st one slide, I was put in pedi chair and then a totally different person while I was getting my pedicure started doing my manicure. It was very awkward cause I was not at a table. I go to relax and was rushed! I now go to another place. I must say they still are great for waxing and still go there for that. Read Less

On 7/21/16 I made an appointment and ask to see Mai because of a prior bad experience I had. When I arrived, the receptionist was wonderful smiled and greeted me. I spoke to Mai and told her I was there to see her. Alarmed she said, "me, oh no!" I was taken by surprise and tried to explain that although I had not been there for awhile I requested for her to do my mani, pedi. Mai rushed through my nails, no massage and did not finish cleaning up the gel she applied. I brought it to her attention and she yelled at me exclaiming, "mam, I will clean it up". Embarrassed by how she spoke to me, I stayed quiet. She rushed through my pedicure and did a terrible job. She took my full payment and before leaving, I told her how she made me feel. Lousy salon and rude and disrespectful owner. Mi made me feel uncomfortable because she talked about me with her staff. When I told her that I knew she was talking about me and how she made me feel, she took my $46 and asked me not to come back.  She offered no apologies and did a terrible job on my gel mani and spa pedi. I went to Love Nails today with my daughter for manicure & pedicures. While in the shop they cut my daughters finger, then I got home & realized my heal was bleeding. I called and spoke to the manager, she put me on hold to talk to the owner, she came back & just said she was sorry. I will be disputing my charge & will file a formal complaint with the state, and really hope my foot doesn't get infected. Will never step foot in there again! Read Less

The Owner is very rude could care less about pleasing the customers. My sister has asked for a full set & they did a manicure. When I corrected the situation because they didn't understand. There solution was she is getting what they started. Basically is our fault they didn't understand and I paid for something we didn't want. Sometimes they have lady's come in and get their nails done and bring in alcohol, so if you have kids that go everywhere with you or come in with a daughters to share quality time don't come to this place. I was highly disappointed, after all the great reviews I saw I left there with a confused look on my face. My nail tech and very nice, very personable but also extremely messy. I had the nex gen done. I had a simple plain color and then one nail on each hand with glitter. My nails came out thick and lifted. They came with spots where the powder didn't reach and where she didn't smooth it out. She chopped my fourth fingers acrylic so badly that there's a gap and you can see my real nail coming through. There's three fingers with crooked nails because they weren't glued on properly. I asked her if that was going to be fixed and she just smiled at me like it was. It wasn't. The glue was underneath my skin and she left it there after I told her repeatedly it was there and she would do one finger and forget about the rest. Next day? My finger nails actually HURT. Love Nails is 5 stars all the way! This is the cleanest, friendliest salon in the area. I have been coming here for over 2 years and have heard other clients say they have been coming for 10+ years. Their prices are competitive with the numerous choices locally, but you get top notch attention. I drive out of the way, past at least 10 other salons to come to Love Nails because they consistently deliver excellent service with the best products. Their pedicure chairs have working massage, clean bowls (and they use a plastic cover each time in addition to cleaning), and the pedicurists give lengthy massage. They are well trained to never be rough or nip you during services. For nails I go to the owner, My, who always makes on point seasonal recommendations for my gel manicures that last up to 3 weeks. Decided to try this place, because of the reviews, as I have been unhappy with my regular salon, for a while, now.. Got an appointment with Minh. Glad I did. Never going back to the other salon again.. I have acrylic over my natural nails. I like pink & white.. He was fast and they're perfect.. Cant say the same about my old salon.  A little pricey.. about 10.00 more than I was paying.. But, you get what you pay for right?? Love coming here. My does my nails and pedicures. She is very good. It doesn't matter who you have though. Everyone is very good. Hannah, Amy, Lisa etc. their prices are reasonable too. They really get to know your name and it becomes like a family. They even celebrated my birthday with a cupcake. They do a very good job for waxing also. Been coming for years. Got my nails done here for my wedding and it was great. I haven't had my nails done in years and this was a nice experience. Not much different from other places... some good technicians, some not so good. The Vietnamese man did my nails and he was excellent.
