They did a good job on my toes. What really pissed me off is she finished my toes and she didn’t even let me dry them and I had to walk outside in the rain and it messed my toes up. The welcoming is very warm but the work that they do is very poor have my nails done today I was very disappointed technician I have his name was Andy eight years experience and felt like you might’ve had eight hours of experience. I would never go there again not do I recommend anyone else to go there I was not satisfied at all they butchered me. When I got home and looked at my receipt I noticed they charge an extra five dollars on top of what I had done without explaining where this five dollar extra charge came from ..... Came here and asked for acrylic yet I got charged for nexgen. Not only that but three nails broke the same day. I couldn’t come back because I had to go to work. I work near the same plaza. Two days I went back asking for a manager and I was told that the manager was not there and to call in the morning. I called in the morning and still no manager. Also the receptionist (a female was rude when I asked). There’s more but that’s what bothered me the most. My sister, mother and I have been loyal customers for years, but unfortunately this salon has really gone downhill.  It's sad that once a business becomes as busy as they have become, they don't pay attention to detail or customer service.  They ruined my nails the day before I went on a three week European vacation. I will NEVER go back, they do a terrible job in everything nails.  I highly recommend you find a different establishment, unless you want your nails to look like cartoon nails.  Awful. Read Less

I went there last week to get a pedicure and it was my worst pedicure ever. The gentleman who did it barely scrapped the bottom of my feet and really didn't cut my cuticles on my nails. There was polish on my cuticles and and I felt rushed. Seriously the quickest pedicure ever, in and out in 30 minutes. He had the nerve to stand and wait for me to tip him. Did pink and white pedicure,  my feet were butchered.  I have a cut on my toe under the cuticle that is bigger than a pencil lead. The tech filed my nails too short, and cut through my skin. I also had next gen done on myself and my daughter. Two of my nails are crooked, one of her nails are crooked. She also has lifting near her cuticles within 3 days of getting the full set put on. I do not recommend this place. Not to mention at the end they do not take tips on your credit card. Do you have to either have cash or withdraw money from an ATM ahead of time. I have given this place chance after chance and do not get me wrong; I want to like it because the atmosphere is great and the decor is really nice. But decor and atmostphere has to match the quality. I have gotten a gel manicure and pedicures. My gel manicure peeled the day after and I ended up having to soak it off myself.  The pedicure process is nice and very relaxing; but typically my pedicures last 3 weeks. When I come to Gravity; they start peeling after a week! COME ON! I work and do not have the time to come back to get things "fixed".  I most likely will not becoming back; I tried to give them a chance to improve but I have disappointed. Sorry! This place has so much potential because it has such a nice decor & ambiance but the personnel is lacking personality, experience & just right out human kindness. The lady that did my mani & pedi made me bleed twice ... on my toe & ring finger... & didnt even apologize. Just tried to quickly cover it up. Good experience... nice looking, comfy open space. Sat for a gel mani... they removed "sanitized" tools from 'sealed' bag in front of me. All went well... until I returned from washing my hands to see the manicurist put the same tools back in the bag and seal it. Wait, did I just see a bait & switch? Worst experience ever. I will never be going back to this salon. I waited over an hour for them to even start working on me and was given an attitude that I wanted to start with my manicure rather than pedicure. The woman cut my foot while doing my pedicure and also got polish all over my toes, completely missing the nail. The polish on my nails is not smooth or even.  Horrible job and horrible experience. I would say this is a 3 star salon but I added one more for Vincent who did my nails. I got acrylic nails and I guess NexGen is more of a Florida thing. So only a few do that. What I didn't like is that they don't separate the acrylic from the main container but I saw that they do use plastic for pedicure tubs which is good. They also shape your nails manually instead of with the machine unlike some other salons in CA. But he did an amazing job. $33 full set coffin.Update* Nails started to lift and it hasn't even been that long so I went to bella blue to get them removed. I'll never go back. I went in for a fill. I changed from black to French. I left crooked nails, the black seeping through my French, and ditches in my nails. Horrible quality. Horrible all around. Doesn't even deserve a star. My 7 year old cousin could of done better. Read Less

Stopped in one evening and decided after patiently waiting on my nails to grow a little length, I wanted to try the Nexgen Gel Nail service in Pink & White. Im so glad that I decided to give it a try, as I normally get A Gel Manicure. The overall total experience was nice and relaxing, She was very patient with me because at first I could not decide on what I wanted... My nails look very nice and She Assured me that Nexgen is overall better and healthier. Also states it should last longer. So far it has been Ten days and They still look very nice. I do plan on coming back for the maintenance and will gladly try the Colours. Read Less

They don't even deserve one star! Made an apt for 1:30 didn't get taken until 2:15 then to be told who I made my appointment with that they couldn't take me so I sat with someone else who made my toes look like a 2 year old did them. Then Ellie repainted them which then they looked great and had to wait another 15 min for my gel manicure then was rushed bc the eye brow lady couldnt wait so they skipped my massage and everything so she could do that and still was charged full price by the nail people. I have been here many times and have left very unhappy every time. They do not care about the customers and only want your $$$! Save ur time and money and go somewhere else! I have been to this salon a few times and each time the service was just ok. I personally feel the entire appeal of this place are the pedicure chairs. The chairs are great but the pedicure itself wasn't anything to speak of. I paid for one of the higher end pedicures and the only difference was a scrub. At the end end of the service I was like that's it?! To myself of course because I didn't want to be rude. The Nexgen service was also okay nothing to rave about. There are a ton of places to get your nails done in Wellington. Yes the chairs are great but, what matters more to me is the quality of what you walk out with. I would try elsewhere. Read Less

This is by far one of the best nail salons I've been too. Beautifully decorated,  clean plus they have 2 autoclaves. Most salons pretend to sterilize but they just put the instruments in a blue bag and don't use an autoclave. The chairs are amazing, zero gravity. That means while they are doing half the pedicure you are lying back relaxing. I am pretty sure I almost fell asleep. The one we chose was Nu pedi and I received about 4 massages throughout. I cannot believe anyone could give this place more than one star if they experienced what I did today. I stopped in for a manicure using nextgen rather than gel because the salon next door told me about it and that it was better. The manager (Caucasian) was barking at the employees (Asian) about where to be. She seemed very curt and matter of fact but I did not let that dissuade me. Everyone manages differently. I asked her what options she offered besides gel manicures and she confirmed nextgen manicures so I asked for that. She put me with nail tech Lulu who set to work on my natural nails using the grinder. The process went like this: she painted some base coat, dipped my nails in various powders, roughly filed them, then painted a top coat. She didn't clip my terrible looking cuticles. No cuticle oil was used. She didn't push my cuticles back from my nail bed. No lotion. No hand massage. No nothing. The absolute bare minimum was provided. I'd say the tools weren't sterilized but she didn't use any besides a file and grinder. Oh wait, she did fish a cuticle cutter out of a Ziploc bag full of other tools. I excitedly thought she'd use it but nope. She set it aside. This experience cost me $45. For that price, I should have received an actual manicure. I debated on saying something to the Caucasian woman but she came off as having a very aggressive attitude with her employees and I was doing my engagement shoot that day and didn't want a pissy face if she gave me attitude. There's no way I'd go back. Their pedicure chairs were the coolest I've ever seen but Oprah could give me a lifetime certificate of pedicures at this joint and I would never darken their doorstep. If you want to feel raped without an actual sexual assault, visit this place.Edit: a company representative (owner?) contacted me via private message on Yelp to tell me what a terrible, pathetic person I am for giving this review. (This individual has only a single 5 star review of the salon, responding to another negative customer review). Perhaps if this representative dedicated the same level of energy to correcting their business issues, as they do making personal attacks, customers would not take to social media to advise others to take their hard earned money elsewhere. I'm only giving them any stars because it's clean a nice atmosphere. Other than that it's an in and out chop shop. Sadly I have been going here on and off since they opened hoping it would get better and because there aren't any other decent options around. I have never had a consistent experience and have never walked out of there happy with my nails- I almost always end up fixing them when I get home.They are sloppy and quick and pushy on the up sell for pedicures. They paint sloppily and then clean up with an acetone soaked brush. I'm finally quitting them and giving up on the hope they will get better. Read Less
