Sabrina was on vacation, but I wanted to go to a reputable salon after so many other bad experiences. I called at 9:30 and made an appointment for myself and my daughter to get mother/daughter pedicures. I told them to please put me with an experienced staff member. Our appointment was at 5. We arrived and I again asked if I was with an experienced employee, they assured me I would be. We waited for a few minutes around 5:10, they came and got my daughter. When they took her back, I went to the owner at the front desk and told him that I wanted to get our mani/pedis done together. He told me I could go sit next to her. So I did, I sat there and watched her get her nails done. My manicure started as hers was being finished. So my nail tech comes over, it was an awful experience, first she started ripping at my cuticles, when I told her it hurt, she just stopped trimming them. She did a horrible paint job, not covering the whole nail and painting my fingers. On to the pedicure, (where my daughter was almost done with hers), no offer of a drink, which everyone else had gotten. Again, doesn't remove my cuticles, even when I tell her too. She left her tools all over the table, rather than getting a tray like everyone else. She massaged my legs for a total of maybe 30 seconds. My pedicure looks awful. I did get my eyebrows tinted, that went very well. When I went to pay ($37/each for each mani/pedi), I tell the owner my issues. His response? Oh, she is a new girl, she has only been here 2 days, next time we will do better. Really? No apology, nothing. Especially because I asked twice to be with an experienced employee. I love Sabrina, she is awesome, but with this overall experience, I just can't justify going back there. Read Less
