I am totally pleased with this salon. Wonderful pedicure and my full set was done perfectly. I was impressed by the work . I also got my eyebrows waxed I was super impressed by that as well . For the first time in the past year it was done correctly. Finally someone who listened to me . I have definitely found my new home for nails , feet and eyebrows . I am super excited to go back because though Ben did not do my nails on my first visit I saw the amazing work that he can do. I can’t wait to go back and have him lace my nails. I do not live on the area but go here when I visit. Every time I have been here, the mani pedi lasts until my nails are too long to look good anymore, at least three weeks. The perfect match gel/paint never chips or peels off with the technique they use. The service is fine and accommodating to groups of 2-4. Prices are reasonable.I don't understand why none of the good reviews are listed. To get a comprehensive perspective be sure to read all reviews not just recommended reviews.They are always very busy so if you don't like waiting, you would be frustrated. Read Less

Just got my nails done here not even a week I believe first off the lady didn't do what she was suppose to do for a full set just stuck the glue on my nails and painted them. Then I had to go right back in because my paint came off and even after that the pant started coming off the next day. My nails are starting to break off and fall off after a week really? She didn't do any nail filing and when I asked her if they did this one nail design she said no but then I soon figured out they do she just didn't feel like doing it. Read Less

To be honest, I haven't been to this nail salon. However, Yen (new owner with her husband Ben) did my nails for years in Boca and Parkland. My mother and I a decided to get a pedicure here since it was very close. They told us approx 15 minutes, and then eventually took us to sit down in the chairs. My mothers started right away. Then mine began right before hers was finished!!!! Not to mention, I was handled very rough and felt rushed. I only continue to come if I'm in desperation of a pedicure. So disappointed I came here. My friend took me here because she comes here. I did the NexGen with the owner. I won't be coming back here. My nails looked like those bubble nails after she was done, they were soo thick. Then after she was done, she hurried me to do my pedicure. But my nails looked so dull, she didn't put a shine or anything. So while I was doing my pedicure from someone else. I had to ask her to put a shine coat. The lady who did my pedicure was pretty good, I liked that they put in a scrub during the pedicure. But the whole pedicure was pretty short compared to other salons I go to. At the end of my pedicure, the owner comes and starts oiling my cuticles and then pumps some lotion into my palms. Aren't they supposed to give me a nice massage for my hands? At least, that's what the other salons I've been to offer. Not just pump it in my palm and expect me to do it. They seriously need to slow down and reevaluate their business. Honestly, I can't wait for the two weeks to be up, so I can go to my regular salon and get these nails fixed! I tried both nail salons in the Welly mall, and I will NOT be trying either EVER again! I have been visiting this salon for several years without a problem. Within the last year ownership has changed and their new policy is to let you sit in the water while waiting for your pedicure. The last 3 times they have taken my husband first while I sit in the pedicure tub  until after they finish his pedicure to start mine. What is the point an appointment for two? Last week was the last straw-I scheduled a manicure & him a pedicure-this time he was the one soaking while I too was waiting. After 15minutes he dried off and we said never again.  Not even an apology or reason for the wait. It actually seemed as if they were relieved we were leaving as they had additional people waiting.
