I came on Yelp looking for a nail salon to get a pedi and fill in. Based on the number of reviews, ranking, and stars I decided to give Tip Top Nails a try. What a waste of $60+! Now, to be fair they are very friendly and nice and perhaps the bad job they did was because I was the last customer of the day, it was New Year's Eve, and they wanted to go, but regardless, I feel that no matter the circumstance or situation a job well done should always be a top priority. My pedi was more of feet soak, nails clipped, and polish. The technician who did my pedi was young and clearly unexpierenced (I had to instruct her how to remove my in grown toe nail and even then, I came home and did it myself). The owner told her to have another technician do it and that never happened. As far as my fill in, it was super rushed. The tech left them super thick, wipe, and lumpy. You can just tell she was rushing. In my 22 years of having nail service, I have never had a pedi and fill in with gel polish done in 45 minutes. I have no plans to return. Read Less

I love this place! Their mani and pedi is super relaxing, and the staff is very courteous, friendly, and welcoming. This is the only nail salon that I will go to in my area because it is by far the best! They have a nice selection of scents to add to your pedicure, and they do an amazing job for solid color or French, if that's what you like. Not a fancy place, but great value for the service.  Came in with my 2 girls from a resort on the beach to get a pedicure on the cheap.  Nice color selections.  Booked an appointment but still had to wait a few minutes.  Seemed that most there were regulars and everyone walked out with pretty toes.  If you are not looking for a spa environment but want a nice pedi for a fraction of the price, come here for sure!  Ask for Brandon. I chose this place over others that would've happily taken my money. I showed them a picture of ombre nails I wanted to have done for my wedding, and they tell me they can't do that? I'm sorry, but not every single person that walks into a nail salon wants to have the stereotypical French tip or you to paint their nails a solid color that they can do at home. Thanks for nothing! Horrible customer service. My sister set an appointment for 1:00. She called ahead to let them know we would be a few minutes late. We arrived around 1:25. After initially acknowledging us, we were essentially ignored for about 30 minutes and watched them take customers who arrived AFTER us get service before us. There was no way I was giving them one penny of my money. I stepped outside and called another nail shop who were more than willing to accommodate us. I'm actually glad the service was so bad here because we would not have gotten to experience the extraordinary customer service at the other nail shop. In addition, this place is super small and hot. I was brought here by my girlfriend, and got a pedicure. It was amazing I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable. The owner was really nice and made sure I enjoyed my stay. Everybody was friendly and had a good attitude towards everyone. My girlfriend got a manicure from Tammy and really suggests her. This is my first time here after just moving back to Vero and I love it. The service is awesome, the staff is super friendly, and the prices are affordable. Although they only have 4 pedicure chairs I know any weekend day to make an apt ahead of time, as I'm sure they will be busier than a Tuesday! Overall great experience! Read Less

I can't believe I forgot to write this review when I went for a pedicure and full set 6 weeks ago! I just looked down at my toes and realized I need to get another pedi, but my polish is still perfect! With the exception of over a month worth of growth. Brandon gives such a solid, gentle, precise pedicure and I am so glad I found him (I'm pretty picky.) I highly recommend him! Tammy was so incredibly sweet and asked questions about my nails I usually have to explain or repeat 2-3 times to a nail tech before they come close to what I want. But she was right on with the shape and length and she is so gentle with a file you wouldn't even know she was using one. Again; I highly recommend!!! My full set lasted 3 weeks before I had a nail lift, and with hardly any evidence of having acrylic nails after I removed them all! Yay! Read Less
