Had a gift certificate. Got a pedicure that was so quick I didn't feel pampered. My feet didn't feel refreshed or that the cuticles were taken off enough. I got My nails painted and the nail polish was thick I've already messed 2 of My nails up even after 4 hours of dry time. My daughter got her nails painted and the young man didn't file her nails and got paint on her skin. Not worth the $50

Always pleased with ANY technician! They are a super friendly staff who treat you like family! I’ve never seen anyone unhappy with their nails, toes, or hair ! Love love love this place !

First time there for pedi 7/3 and i loved it especially love the massage they give you after the pedi better than most I've been too and I've been to a few around Vero I'll recommend it to anyone love...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My sister got her nails done for prom and when I tell you... HORRIBLE is an understatement. Her cuticles were cut and open, some nails were lifting, and the polish wasn't even completely on her nail. They said the prom special was 25% off and that the nails she had done were worth $50. The service she received wouldn't even be worth it if it was FREE. I went in for a refund and to express to them how unhappy. I spent 30 minutes arguing with an incompetent woman who said she was the owner, even though I don't believe she was. She said they would "fix them so that we would be satisfied" but why would I want these people to touch her nails again? Her cuticles were cut and open... infection could be possible. I told them all I wanted was a refund and she proceeded to give me $15 only to shut me up. Just avoid this place at all costs. They are completely unprofessional and emit all the traits of truly bad business.

I've been going to signature for a couple years now and I've never had bad service like I did today. I went in for a regular mani/pedi for me and my best friend we wanted a simple design but that was too difficult. We decided to get regular white tips and they charged us for a color change! $160 later and they lost another customer.

They messed up my nails 3 different times because they told me they were dry said to go wash my hands and it wiped the design right off! 3 times!!! Most brides the day before their wedding are under enough stress as I'm sure most women could agree and I thought the time getting m...y mani /pedi would be a relaxing stress free time. Instead it caused more stress. I was there until 330 and told them I had no more time I just had to leave! I still had to go pack my car with wedding decor and I was a half hour late to my rehearsal and couldn't even shower before I left. I was a hot mess! (It had rained just about all day that day)! Paying $75 for my nails that looked terrible was a rip off. I'll never go back again And my girls nails were all messed up too but they didn't have time to get them fixed either! Not what I expected! Way overpriced!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to a salon that does not charge 175.00 for a highlight without a cut. My fault for not asking upfront.

Had a gift certificate. Got a pedicure that was so quick I didn't feel pampered. My feet didn't feel refreshed or that the cuticles were taken off enough. I got My nails painted and the nail polish was thick I've already messed 2 of My nails up even after 4 hours of dry time. My daughter got her nails painted and the young man didn't file her nails and got paint on her skin. Not worth the $50
