I started coming here out of curiosity. Moved down here from NY and was trying to establish places on where to get my nails etc done. I walked in here by chance since I had gone to another facility which didn't do that great of a job. I have come here 3 times already and I won't go anywhere else! My friend and I both went to Phoenix nail for the first time for pedicures. My friend had Anna and I didn't get my guys name. They both were a little rough when trimming our cuticles; we both had to tell them to lighten up a few times and my friends toes even hurt today. Not sure if they were new, but didn't really scrub hard at all when we asked and the massages were very limp handed. They spent over an hour on our feet but it wasn't the most pleasant experience! Hands down the BEST manicure I have ever gotten. I live in the cocoa beach area and was only down this way for a quick weekend trip at Vero Beach for a friend's birthday. She decided she wanted to get her nails done as one of the activities for the weekend. I was definitely on board as my current ANC manicure was needing some TLC. We found this place by chance and have zero regrets. The nail techs that worked on our manicures were friendly, personable, and energetic. They were also focused and paid close attention to detail and were able to provide exactly what we wanted in regards to color, length, shape, and even thickness of the healthy nail manicure. Not to mention, the two nail techs were some of the fastest I have ever had but it did not compromise the quality or craftsmanship of the final product. Prices are reasonable, and a major plus is they accept tips on a card. I love this salon so much I will be driving from cocoa beach to get my nails done from now on. First time going there the staff is very friendly!The selection of polish is extensive! I booked online and got an immediate response. They where so accommodating got me right in and there are so many choices for designs. If you can think design, they do it to perfection!!! I am so happy to have found this salon in Vero. The sign outside still says "Sake Nails" so don't get confused when you arrive. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. My nails look amazing, they are exactly what I wanted. They have TONS of colors and offer every service I can imagine. Clean, bright salon. I will definitely be back soon. Appointments recommended! Went in 2 days ago close to their closing time and they were very patient with me. They're still new so it was peaceful and I pretty much got a VIP treatment(both hubby and wife worked together on my nails). And both did an amazing job...especially Anna!I will definitely come back soon!! Read Less

HORRIBLE! i gave them a chance & i did my pedi/refil there. with the creepy husband. he did a horrible job!!!!!!!! first day they put wrong top coat on my pedi and it never dried, was sticky and oily, called back and went for a change of color & same top coat was put on!!!!! Read Less

Terrible! They destroyed my nails and made me pay by locking me in. Screamed at me and cussed me out because i initially refused to pay because i model so they are now interfering with my livleyhood over $10. I do not recomment for anyone ever. The worst!! And there was alcohol everywhere and owners eyes were craxy dialated like on drugs! Read Less
