Best salon experience and best hair cut I have ever had. My stylist is Eriko Kitazato, she is so friendly, professional, meticulous and detail oriented. I had previously looked into The True Colors Salon, but when I sat down with the supposed master stylist there, I just felt harassed and pressured into doing what she wanted, so I left before she could even touch a hair on my head. Not so at Mark's at the Pointe.At Mark's I never felt harassed or pressured into doing something I didn't want to do with my hair. They accepted the length and state of my hair (short, bleach blonde) and Eriko worked with me to help me achieve what I wanted, rather than belittling my hair choices ( like they do at some salons). I have been coming here for 4 years. Kate is amazing. She has been coloring and cutting my hair since I started there. Kate is the sweetest! You can't help but love her. Melanie gives the best pedicure while you relax in your massage chair with a glass of wine. She will give you endless options of colors and her art work is great. I was lucky enough to find Mark's through a coworker. I was complaining I needed to find someone since I needed my highlights redone badly and immediately my coworker said she had a solution for my hair woes. I had recently moved to Vero and wanted to find someone with whom I felt as comfortable as I did with my last hair stylist. I'm very sensitive about my hair and decided to go with my gut. This happened 2 years ago and I'm still going to Mark's every 3 months for my color and cut. I love the atmosphere, the attentiveness of the staff, the location. This is the go to hair salon in Vero Beach! The attention to details are extremely evident in everything they do, from hiring staff to the products they stock, Mark really knows what he is doing. The color system they use is top of the line and really nourishes your hair. All the stylists are exceptional, I've had cuts and color from Mark, Rosemary, and Eriko and been equally happy with each of them. My husband and son see Katie and Rosemary and are always happy. Melanie does my nails and I really enjoy her company almost as much as her shellac manicures, they last almost 2 weeks!! My visit with Mark was the most amazing, and knowledgeable cut I have ever had. This was the first time that I felt so comfortable with my experience, it was worth every penny. He was able to repair the cut I had received at a different salon and it looked stunning. I highly recommend you get on his schedule. Mark is as good as it gets. He loves hair, is "The Hair Guy", is an artist and genius. Yes it does take a few weeks to get into his schedule, but well worth the wait. Wife goes there frequently, and he does amazing work. Sometimes us guys have to wait for our women, but Mark's takes good care of us as well.
