I've had several great pedicures and shellac manicures since they changed locations and renovated this year. New store is really nice. They use liners and sanitize tools well. Prices are good as well. Joe does an amazing job. Read Less

HORRIBLE . One of the worst nail experiences ever. Took my two daughters here while on vacation. My 16 year old was almost in tears over how bad they looked. The guy did not ask her how short or long she wanted them, he just started cutting. She told him that she wanted them almond shape and he started filing them to a point? I am not a nail tech but the angle of these nails was WAY off, and they weren't even with the shape of her natural nails or her hands. When I told the guy he was REALLY rude and said " I ask her" - no he didn't. Instead of arguing with him, I politely said " I think she was expecting something more like this" and showed him a picture on my phone. He then said "oh well she said like those" and pointed at my daughters hands. No teenager that I know, or have ever known , would have looked at the nails he was doing and said " Oh yeah, these look great !" Trust me, my husband and I have 6 girls, I have some experience in this department. Finally After he kept trying to insist that is what she wanted, instead of just fixing his mistake, I asked him if he could remove them. He still even tried to act like we were wrong, as if I was supposed to feel bad because he was doing a crappy job. My other daughter luckily asked the lady working there if she could reshape hers (she isn't the shy daughter !) so hers were a little better, but even that lady was looking at them like " what was he doing ?"  Finally my last issue, they couldn't buy paper towels ? They literally had a storage tub of washcloths on the sink for you to dry your hands. No joke. Now I wouldn't necessarily have cared about this had the rags looked clean and been presented a little nicer, I am a fan of recycling and reuseables, but these looked questionable. Not to mention they DID NOT sterilize the files. The same "guy" mentioned above tried to use the same exact file on my daughter that I just seen him use on the client sitting there when we came in, umm no thanks, can ya get a clean one ??? This establishment uses unlicensed nail techs,  although some of the staff are licensed they have relatives fill in who are not, foot tubs and implements are not sanitized properly, in addition, depending on who you get the work is shoddy left with polish on my skin, and nails that were left too long even after asking for them to be trimmed shorter,  staff can be rough a pedicure should never be painful and nails should be trimmed and not left extending past the tip of your toes.  No base coat is applied.  Last visit for me. I went last Thursday for pedi and gel-mani. A big negative for me was that they didn't do both at the same time. I usually spend 50-55 minutes to have my nails done, here it took 1 hour 45 minutes. My vacation time is really too valuable for that. Also my gel mani was very poorly done, not enough gel and could have used another layer of nail color, it's still translucent. Nail length is uneven, some are longer than others. Won't go there again. Read Less
