I found this place about 3 month ago. But owner azuling nail place is very nice person kind and does good job for you if you not happy with anything let her know and she will do everything to fix it. I like this place. I get a pedicure every few months. The mom does a fabulous job on the massage\prep and the husband or wife are very good at the nail work. They help me keep my feet in great shape. By the way, they make a fabulous egg roll. Over the holidays they gave me a bag of frozen rolls. When I cooked and tried, really the best ever. The other reviewer that mentioned a comm problem may have their own limitations. When you are interfacing between different cultures, you have to pick up on varying forms to communicate. The mother will tap your foot or leg or gently lift to reposition. Any way, highly recommend. At least for pedicure, which is my experience. Good people Read Less

They're techs can do the latest trends and knowledgeabke about new technique's. Every one that works there is so friendly and they make each visit personal as if they been waiting on you to come back.. if you happen to.not like something about your visit they will make it right. Just a great place all around and by far the best in town!! All these things is why I have been a client there for a little over a year!!! Read Less

1st visit found me most unhappy. Filthy polish left my "French" mani/pedi horrid looking. Went back with FUNGUS. They refused to even address the problem. Tina & her family "pretend" they can't speak/understand English when you're unhappy. I called the Health Department on them!!! Read Less

I am new to the area and was looking for a nail salon. I walked in to this place and no one even turned around to look at me. No greeting, nothing. I stood awkwardly at the counter for about 3 minutes until someone came up to the reception desk. I asked for a price sheet and was given one, then the gentleman walked away. I reviewed the sheet, and went back to the counter to see if they had availability, and stood there for another 5 minutes with no help. Terrible attitudes...terrible atmosphere...terrible service....not to mention no AC and no ventilation with all the chemical smells. No smiles to greet customers, poor attitudes like it was a chore to them that we walked through the door. Was looking to have a mommy / daughter date with my 8 year old. This is not the place for it. I don't care how good of a job they with nails...I expect to be treated better if I am giving am establishment my hard earned money. Period. Read Less

First of all if you're looking for a place where the owners are more concerned about their phone and watching cartoons or TV then this is your place.There aren't many nail salons open in Titusville on Sundays so I was limited on my selection.  I came in around 1pm on a Sunday.  I'm actually writing this review as I sit here.  Two ladies were already doing nails so they told me to sign in and put my phone number.  I honestly thought they were going to call me when they had a time available because they were limited on staff but she asked a young gentleman whom I assume is their son to get the chair ready.I thought ok.  No problem.  I immediately sat down to soak my feet at which time the young guy said that someone would be with me soon.  Well he comes back and starts removing my nail polish.  I thought no problem it's just polish.  Then he proceeds to do the exfoliating process.  This is when I was like does this guy have a cosmetology license? He totally was timid and scared to touch my feet.  During this time one of the owners finished her nails and just sat there watching her TV on her phone and speaking in her native tongue and laughing.  Have no idea at what.  The husband who is the second owner came out from the back.  I had no idea he was here the whole time. Another lady in the mean time walks in for a pedicure and the husband immediately helps her and gets her started.  He apparently notices that his son didn't do something right on my feet because he proceeds to tell him in the native tongue.  This is when his wife comes over to finish up my nails.  Honestly she did a good job on the nail part but honestly my feet still feel the same way they did when I came in.  I mean if I'm paying $35 for a upgraded pedicure it needs to be worth it.  This is my 3rd visit here and my last. Pedi is okayBUT DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED HERE! My eyebrows are uneven and so skinny, and I specifically said not to take off too much. When she showed me my brows I said I wasnt happy and she ran out of the room. I still tipped the lady because mistakes happen but do not get your brows waxed here or youll be like me for the next few days trying to use different eye shadows to shade in your brows and wearing hats and glasses.
