Not the best but also not the worse, pretty close to it though. I went in for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was okay, I got the $35 deluxe. Would rate it 4/10. My full set was nothing like I wanted... I asked the nail tech if they knew the style "coffin shape" he did the first one and it looked horrible. Needless to say my nails are square then they did gel on nails which I DID NOT ask for but later found out they did this because my partner paid ahead. That is very bad business! Made appt for my two granddaughters for a manicure, told them their ages, 8 and 12. When I got there they were surprised by their age. Not into kids and Automatically added tip😗, really. My personal tip would have been better. Not for grandkids😬 Read Less

This was my first time here. The wait was reasonable. My daughter got started about 15 minutes before me, but somehow we finished at the same time. The lady that did my pedicure seemed to be rushing. Then when she was doing the massage on my legs it lasted less than two minutes and she barely used any lotion. The painting was not awesome either as it is on my skin. When finished, we were not even offered to dry our nails, just charged and sent on our way. I do not think I will go back. Read Less

Regarding Ms Jessica review, I feel urged to explain this situation to make things clear. First, the "shellac powder" is actually dipping powder, which is not included trimming cuticles. It was 35 dollar but the girl gave her a discount ($30) Also, it must be a misunderstanding here for $45 with a manicure for color dipping powder unless it is French style one. Second, if anybody who has every tried dipping powder will know there is no running around, "playing with the phone" while doing the dipping process; all employees here are licensed, we might have language barrier problem, but we always try our best to communicate with customers, it is not right to assume somebody that "not been through school" just because you are not happy with the service. I moved to Tarpon Springs a year and a half ago , this is by far the best and cleanest nail salon by far ! They updated there pedicure chairs and they are amazing . They use the tub liners which is nice because you know your always putting your feet in a clean bath . They always take there time which is nice because my feet sometimes can be difficult to work on with ingrown nails . Every time i get a full set they look beautiful and stay on a long time , ive also had regular gel manicures and they always look great. highly recommend. Read Less

I asked for a shellac manicure.. it's 25. I paid it the time before and it lasted two weeks!! This time I went and saw they had the new shellac powder! So before we started I asked if I could do a powder shellac manicure instead, she told me it would be 30 and I picked my color and she started. The whole time she was getting up to talk to her co worker and playing on her phone. She went through the manicure without doing a manicure.. only a polish change!! Since it was my first time with the powder I didn't know the process as far as soaking hands ETC but when she got the the end without cutting my cuticles I asked her if she was going to cut them... she said no. I said well I asked for a manicure... that's what I need is my cuticles cut, I can paint my nails at home. Then she informs me that a powder gel manicure is 45 not 30!!!!! so I bit my tongue smiled and paid (obviously not tip at this point) but two days later my nails started chipping!!!! So they wanted 45 (more expensive than a full set) for a gel manicure that lasted 2 days ..... 30 for a polish change that lasted 2 days. I wish I could upload a picture to show you how horrible my nails look and it's been a week!!! I will NOT be going back here and if you go in and get the girl closest to the front that barely knows any English but tries to upsale everything and offers designs 3-4 times throughout the manicure despite being told no. I have been to Q Nail Salon on several occasions.  I have always been happy with the service and the quality of care I received there.  I usually have Bella who is awesome!!  But everyone is caring and nice.  I have brought visiting friends with me and they were very pleased also.  And the gel nails last and last!!  This week I am bringing three family members with me also.  Last month, I brought my son who has never had a pedicure and his feet show it!!  They were kind and patient with him and did not make him feel funny about his feet!!  I would recommend them to anyone.  You can make an appt although you don't have to.  So if you don't, then you will have to wait.  That might be the only drawback I can say.  Bella is an artist and she can put anything you want on your nails.  She will look it up on her phone and copy from there!!  What a talented girl!!!!  Thank you Q Nail Salon.  See you on Thursday!!Dianna C.
