Very clean and friendly environment. Great place to get away to be pampered. The staff is amazing and pleasant. It's like a big family there including the customers. Oh and their dog is just so sweet and friendly too, he made sure to walk around and wag his tail to say hi to everyone ❤😘😘

Loved this place the first couple times I went - and I don’t even like dogs (there’s a house dog, but last night was new dog). The time before last wasn’t good, but I was behind on my maintenance so thought I didn’t set them up for success. Went last night and it was HORRIBLE. The lady rushed, I had to have her fix several uneven nails (plus she acted like it was my fault?!) and then her paint job was awful. Literally looks like I did it myself, if I was 5, and I’m embarrassed. Cuticles are jacked and polish is a streaky, bubbly mess. Thanks Nail Shoppe. Not!

I don’t typically provide reviews but since I relied on reviews in selecting this salon, I figured I would pay it forward. The reviews were glowing so I was expecting at least a decent mani pedi. I got gel on my hands and a regular pedicure. After the pedi, I noticed the polish was not even and asked for it to be fixed. It was somewhat (although now I see that the polish was unevenly applied, so I can see my toenail in some places). Mani was just horrible. Even after I asked for it to be fixed, the edges were completely uneven - it looked like my 2 year old had painted my nails. Instead of fixing it, I was given another coat which makes my nails look even worse with just a huge glob of polish. I didn’t see the prices listed anywhere so I’m not sure what if I was charged correctly, but my total was $50! Complete ripoff and waste of money. By the next day, my gel mani looked even worse- edges all uneven and completely discolored. Now I’m going to have to pay more to get this fixed. Would avoid this place.

I was referred by a friend to get my nails done with Pearl... let me just say that I am so, so picky about my nails! I almost never get them done because I cant find anyone to do the good enough. I cannot express how PERFECT my nails were done by Pearl! I love them so much. Not one single complaint. The salon atmosphere was just a plus but it was very inviting and the owner was interacting with everyone and just had the whole salon laughing and enjoying themselves. Cant wait to continue going here!

Prices are reasonable and service is beyond stellar.Just today, I came in to get a manicure (which looks amazing as always) and after I got home, I got a message from the owner, Tuan, letting me know I had been accidentally overcharged and to let him know next time I came in for service. I'm beyond impressed and an even more loyal customer now!

I came here on the recommendation of some neighbors. I have only recently started with gel manicures but now that I've found this place, I definitely won't be stopping any time soon. I went to a couple other locations but nothing beats the Nail Shoppe of S Tampa. Tuan, the owner, is the sweetest. He took me himself on a busy Saturday so I wouldn't have to wait. He was patient with me while I chose my color (I am super picky) and did an amazing job with the evenness and length of my nails. I am super excited to have found this business as it is only about a 10 minute drive from home. The prices are comparable to all others in the area and they are highly skilled, definitely moreso than other local nail salons. It was exceptionally clean inside and all technicians were dedicated and thorough. I'll definitely be a regular from here on out.

The best nail shoppe in South Tampa. It has a nice atmosphere and very clean. The owners and staff are friendly and professional. They make it point to know their customers and acknowledge then by name. They accommodate all ages and genders. I am a regular, my daughter who flies in from NY, and even my husband loves it. My 3 year old granddaughter will just love the Hello Kitty chairs!!

They have an array of gel polishes to chose from, and have many staff members so you will not have to wait forever to be serviced. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great salon in south Tampa.

I was referred by a friend to get my nails done with Pearl... let me just say that I am so, so picky about my nails! I almost never get them done because I cant find anyone to do the good enough. I cannot express how PERFECT my nails were done by Pearl! I love them so much. Not one single complaint. The salon atmosphere was just a plus but it was very inviting and the owner was interacting with everyone and just had the whole salon laughing and enjoying themselves. I came here on the recommendation of some neighbors. I have only recently started with gel manicures but now that I've found this place, I definitely won't be stopping any time soon. Loved my pedicure, definitely the best I've had in south Tampa. I had heard Tuan who used to manage Manhattan nail had started a new location so I had to check it out. Very friendly staff and excellent service. This will be a regular spot for me now.
