I had a deep tissue massage by Preston at the Saint Petersburg location yesterday. It was the best massage I have had in a long time. I had many tensed muscles that needed to be worked through given my stressful line of work as a medical doctor and spending hours of my day at a computer documenting, holding tension in my neck and upper back. He spent the time needed and I feel much better today. I highly recommend Preston at the Saint Petersburg location for a deep tissue massage! I've recently noticed my skin looking dry with blackheads/large pores, so I scheduled the Deep Pore Rescue facial (1hr facial, half hour clearing congestion) with Krista. I've never had this service before, and my skin is pretty sensitive (combination oily/dry), but Krista made me feel comfortable right away and spent a lot of time getting rid of congestion. Afterwards, as expected, my skin was sore, blotchy and red from the service, but my pores were clearly diminished and I was very happy. Unfortunately, the next day my skin still hadn't calmed down from the treatment and was actually very red/hot like a sunburn even nearly 24 hours later. I called back and spoke to Gina on the phone to see if they offered any advice for what to do in this situation. She told me to come back into the Spa that evening and Krista spent 30 minutes on my skin to calm the inflammation and redness, way above and beyond my expectations! Great customer service and Krista is amazing. Will definitely be booking another facial with Pia / Krista again in the near future. Read Less

So i have been so tired of getting mediocre pedicures. i did my research and picked Pia for 3 main reasons. 1. Five star rating. 2. in depth discription of services. 3. Prices posted on web site. I absolutely loved my experience at Pia Estetics South Tampa! I have been so stressed and a spa day like the one I experienced was exactly what the doctor ordered! Emalee tailored my massage to my needs perfectly, walking me through proper breathing and completely relaxing me . Ines did my mani/pedi and was so much fun and easy to talk to but at the same time allowed me my complete relaxation time when needed. The services are fabulous and never a disappointment ... that is, if they keep the appointment. I have been bumped and re-bumped numerous times, and once even confirmed, showed up, and was left to wait only to be told the (other) massage therapist "didn't know she had a client today". I keep going back because my usual massage therapist is THE best, but they just don't seem to be able to run the business professionally. Pia is wonderful and Orit is 5++ stars, but the receptionists bring it down to barely a 3.
