Best nail salon you can find! They have a great atmosphere and are very friendly ! Linda is great and so is everyone who works there. Got a fresh set of acrilycs recently with gel overlay, that evening they began peeling. I repeatedly called the salon to have them fixed and they kept brushing me aside.  They were also filed to be paper thin!! They probably didn't want to fix them since it would be a free service. I called again and of course they couldnt get me in again. The owner Linda actually texted me and said it would be a good idea if I could find another salon!!! Imagine my shock! In all of my 20 years plus of getting my nails done, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  I basically got"dismissed" from the salon because of their crummy work. After searching (for what seemed like forever) for a decent nail place, I came across this salon. I read some reviews and went by and I've been coming here ever since! (Just an FYI they are appointment only!! But I promise it's worth it!) The customer service here is superb. They take the time to get to know their clients and exactly how they like their nails done. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've said to Linda, "I don't know what I want" and she will come back with the perfect color. I've had my nails done by both Linda and Anthony. They are both very detail oriented and want you to be satisfied with your nails. I've never left there feeling unsatisfied about my nails. I always go to Danny for my pedicures. He is the best. Here comes my quest again to find a good nail salon.  The ones I wrote reviews about previously seem to be great for the first few months, then drop off and the service begins to stink.  What is it about Florida nail salons?I read the reviews on this one so I decided to give it a whirl again in hopes that this was a good one. So I call them up and I spoke to Linda.  Linda is one of the owners and really nice lady.  She stated that she was all booked up and I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment! Well, I did wait that 3 weeks and went in last Sunday.I came in early to soak the old nails off and Linda kept on checking on me to see how I was doing which was great and then her fiance Anthony was the technician to do my nails.  Well, to my disappointment, they didn't have the curved nails, so I got the regular ones.  Then when it came to getting the design I wanted and had a picture of it, I was a little nervous as it didn't seem like they knew what I wanted.  However, they came out good.  I was not used to the square shaping as I have the "old 80's" square shape that I like.  I also liked them thick which Anthony had no problem doing.Now it came to do my pedicure.  Stupid me forgot to mention that I had gel polish on but they were very accommodating.  Linda's brother Danny, a sweetheart, did my pedicure and came out good as well.Remember, you need to be very specific as to what you want and what you like, or what you are used to.  This was Linda's team can get exactly what you want.Overall, the experience was a little nerve racking for me as it is a new salon to try out but they were good and I did like the people.  Make sure that you also make standing appointments as they DO NOT take walk-ins. There's literally NO ONE BETTER in tampa. Linda clearly works on her craft. Always friendly and amazing. The experience at the salon was a good one but my issue was my nails. They looked great for the first week but the second week the acrylic began to chip badly on the side of my nails and became very weak and the tips of the nail were not securely glued to my natural nail and caused almost all of my natural nail to rip off. You know when you find a place that you really like you stick with it. Well I love this nail salon!!! I always feel comfortable and I'm treated well while I'm here. The first time I came into the shop I was greeted and automatically they knew it was my first time there, so that showed me they pay attention to their clients. My first time Danny did my pedicure and manicure with gel nails. The second time around Linda (Danny's beautiful sister/ shop manager) did both service for me inclluding my brow waxing. I love this shop because they are all about making the customer feel comfortable. If the speak in another language they will translate what they said but will mostly speak in english. They have a great selction of polish and spa treatments and offer great beverages while you "Get your PAPMPER On!" I have had mani/pedi done by Tina  (I hope that is the right name) but nothing by Anthony. I love Tina and Danny because they both have a great attitude and make coming to the shop and experience and not just a item on a weekend checklist. Read Less

I made my appointment at the beginning of the week. When I arrived they promptly seated me and began my nails and my best friends pedicure. They were so nice and quick. I loved that they took their time and didn't rush through my service. It was clean and has new pedicure chairs and a lovely seating area.
