I just had a full set done from this place on Saturday. Now it's Tuesday and one of my nails popped completely off like a press on nail. I called to see if I can get it repaired on Wednesday and they talking about they are going to charge me. I didn't do anything harsh for it to pop off so why do i have to come out of pocket to pay again. This bad quality work and my money went to waste. I came while in Boston with my husband on business. Amy was my technician. My nails were a wreck when I got there, she gave me the perfect manicure~ 17 days later and it looks like the day she did it! She made a repair on my thumb that is still holding strong! Amy cleaned up the horrible state my toe nails were in from a pedicure in my home state as well. I also got a brow/lip wax while I was there. Amy, gets 5 stars for sure!! The reason for the 4 stars was that only 2 girls were working while 3 other employees had their faces stuffed in their cell phones for the 2 hours I was there. No one helped/set up for/cleaned up after the girls that were working.. I thought that was sad and unprofessional. I'd definitely go back to see Amy when in Boston and recommend her to everyone. Tammy was my technician and she was very sweet — she asked me if she was applying too much pressure and kept asking me if I like everything so far. Other then the rest of the staff and service's suck they are very rude bad customer service Miley that does lashes as well have personal issues and very unprofessional defintely needs a reality check somebody needs to get her together. The technician cut my cuticle really badly. I was bleeding. She kept pressing on he cut to clot the blood but this made it worse. They still made me pay. My pinky cuticle is now red and mildly swollen. She blamed the cut on myself because I didn't get a manicure for a long time, so she said my cuticles were really bad and she wanted to clean them up a lot. This is not professional. Read Less

I am incredibly happy with my nails. I like mine long but that often leads to Nail techs making them clunky. Vicky did a fantastic job and they feel fantastic. The color is great and I'm glad that she took on the challenge of an outside design since I don't like my nails being just one whole color. She was really nice and sweet so I definitely recommend. I went here for the first time today. I went to get my eyebrows threaded. Everyone was so warm and inviting. Even though I had an appointment, the woman's session before me went over. The staff was very quick to offer me an accommodation. Kelly showed me how excited she was about the salon, the other services offered and was very knowledgeable. I entered with two other girls who got mani-pedi's. The staff was interested in talking with them and seemed like they were having a good time. It is very clean. Hands down the best nail salon in Back Bay! They just opened on Boylston street and make you feel so welcomed. Danny the owner and his daughter, make you feel like your apart of the family. Everyone was so kind and I also recommend Tammy. She's a sweetheart. I'm not a huge person for posting reviews but I just had to for the amount of love I received at this place. Not only it's a very comforting place but everyone puts love at what they do. They make sure it's exactly how yo...u want it. The place is beautiful inside and you have the perfect view of Boylston street. It's located right in front of the Boston Public Library.
