Every time I go to the salon the owner is completely rude and disrespectful she thinks that she's doing people a service by being blunt but she's just really rude. Today I went into get my nails taken off and the nail techs can even get my nails off I had to bite them off myself and when I said something to the manager rather the owner about paying $10 for them to take them off she gave me an attitude and told me that it was my fault because I didn't let them try to take them off better well they were hurting me pretty badly. There's only one nail tech there who's good she's the one who wears a lot of make up she's extremely sweet and great at foot massages. I would not recommend this place to anybody the owner is completely unprofessional and doesn't care about losing business apparently. Read Less

I have been trying different nail salons ever since I moved and had yet to find the one. I feel like most nail techs dont listen and don't ask what it is you want. I tried Amour today and loved it! Katy was superb! She asked me about my preferences throughout the entire process. We did SNS which I had done at a different salon, but what a difference this time. This is my favorite nail salon! The owner, Ana, has been doing my nails for over 5 years. I'd never go anywhere else! Her salon is always spotless, the massage chairs and the pedicures are heavenly! The manager is awesome. She does a great job on my eyelashes and even opened early for me to come in, because they were booked full all day. The prices for a pedicure are so good. Way lower than where I used to go. They offer you drinks (mimosas on the weekends) while you're getting your toes done. It's also just a very nice looking place. You actually feel like you're at a salon and not just every other "nail place". An appointment is probably a good idea. They are usually pretty busy, cause everyone knows how great they are. I love a good pedicure..  As a matter of fact, it's become a monthly routine for me. I've been to a number of these nail spas, they all come with some pros and cons and Amour is no exception. Lets start with the pros first. Pros: Great massage chairs. Comfortable modern and clean. Love that they use a bag for the foot spa. It's a nice touch, germaphobes will appreciate this. The place looks inviting, spacious. Competitive prices.Cons: Really just one thing. But an important one nonetheless... The Pedicures. I've gotten enough of these to know what a good one looks like. My Pedi here was about a 6.5 out of ten. The cut was very choppy and almost felt rushed. There are far better options out there. Read Less

Gorgeous, clean salon! I've tried 4 other salons in the area with great reviews - NONE compare! The salon is clean, modern & reasonably priced. You can relax, listen to classical music, & have a mimosa. Perfect to send yourself, your girlfriend, wife or friend for a beauty day or have a girls day together! I am EXTREMELY picky. So, I went simple this time & got a mani | pedi (no gel) & it looks gorgeous! Super attentive to detail, so if you're in a rush let them know ahead of time. Definitely my go-to nail salon! Read Less

I work at Grille 54, the restaurant right next to it so I come in here a hour or so before work most of the time. They ALWAYS do an amazing job, my nails last the longest they ever had. Plus the shop is just so cute and Pairs themed. The lady's are all very friendly and chat with you the whole time. I love coming here. Everything also come out of a bag and is thrown away. They don't use the same stone on everyone's foot which is nice. Read Less

This is a newer nail salon in the Westchase-Citrus Park area. It's just average, so I won't be going back. Read the Goods and the Bads to see why:Goods:- Got 3 of us in quickly- Massage Chair action while feet were soaking was on point...did a great kneading job on my back- tools came out of a sterile package- they offer OPI Infinite Shine polish ($5 up charge, however)- you get a choice of wine, tea, water or soda as a refreshment Bads:- the smell of chemicals is very strong in the shop...needs better ventilation - they do very little to the point I can't call what we got was a real pedicure:  ~ they scrub your foot lightly with the pumice stone not paying attention to rough areas  ~ they cut your nails and do a quick file  ~ they dry your feet and do a half a** massage on your feet and calves  ~ they immediately start painting nails without buffing the nail beds to get rid of the old cuticle line and smoothness  ~ they paint your toenail starting at the old cuticle line so it already looks like your nail has grown out and you need a touch up  ~ the nail tech had an attitude and never looked at me again when I asked her to start over and buff my nails because I like a smooth finish  ~ the buffing was half a**  ~ she never got rid of the old cuticle line and still polished starting with the old cuticle line  ~ only a thin layer of color was applied  ~ only a thin layer of shiny top coat was applied  ~ I could've done a much better job at home  ~ I walked out looking like I needed my nails re polishedI'm extremely picky because I can do my own nails well. Hubby lstanks said I do a much better job than what they did. Yes, I pay for the luxury of someone else doing my nails, but I expect it to be better than what I can do or at least on the same level if I'm paying for it. Read Less

Ana has been my favorite for quite a while.  She does an amazing job thats lasts a long time!  Her newly renovated place is absolutely beautiful & so relaxing.  She has only the best products, offers exceptional qualty, and has many services to choose from.  They really spoil you.  Great location so, fun way to start a shopping trip or begin to relax on the way home from work.  You won't ever get average service, they always go above & beyond.  Love you Amour Nails & Spa! Not only are they talented and professional but they make sure to keep the ambiance relaxing.They have many great services to choose from and I recommend the Dip Nails! I've been looking for this service in the Tampa area and they have it here. My nails look beautiful. They also focus on nail care and educate you on having healthy nails.
