After being charged for every little thing you'd expect your pedicure to be perfect, but it was sloppily done to the point where I could've done it myself.

Friendly front desk receptionist, that's about it. This was my 3rd visit. The first time was a white girl, very pleasant & did a good job on my pedicure. Should have asked for her the last 2 times that I was in there. 2nd time, older Asian man. So so pedicure, quiet, which is nice. 3rd time, obnoxious Asian guy, loud & talking loud in Asian accent rushed me through a pedicure, he was in a big hurry to leave, which he left me immediately, didnt help put my sandals on, or check on me. He was gone way before my polish was dry....Im looking to go elsewhere for the next pedicure.

Friendly front desk receptionist, that's about it. This was my 3rd visit. The first time was a white girl, very pleasant & did a good job on my pedicure. ❤️ the Milford location, they are so friendly and easy going! The techs usually help me pick a color and Nancy does great designs!! Finally found a good nail salon!!! 😍💅🏽❤️

Customer service at the front desk was wonderful. However, a few of the attitudes in the back could use some adjusting. Also, I was cut with the cuticle cutter and the person did not even acknowledge ...
Customer service at the front desk was wonderful. However, a few of the attitudes in the back could use some adjusting. Also, I was cut with the cuticle cutter and the person did not even acknowledge this. He and other coworkers spent the entire time talking and laughing in a language other than English which was very rude. This was shocking after being told this place was owned by the same owners of Millennium Nail and Day Spa. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

Beautiful, clean facility without that overwhelming typical nail spa smell. Very professional and artistic staff. I've been very happy every time I've visited!

Went in for the first time Dec 21st. Got my nails done by Amy (I believe that was her name) and they came out gorgeous. She did freehand nail art as well. I will definitely be back!

Went here because myself and two friends bought a Groupon and it was great! Our appointments were at 1pm and we were seated right away. The pedicure lasted over an hour and was totally worth the money...
Went here because myself and two friends bought a Groupon and it was great! Our appointments were at 1pm and we were seated right away. The pedicure lasted over an hour and was totally worth the money (& the wine was a nice touch too), and we were all able to sit together and talk. I love my nail color, & the attention to detail was great. They did a great job despite us being Groupon customers, which is something I worry about sometimes with this sort of thing. All of the staff seemed friendly and polite as well.

Love the concept! My wife and I go here once a month and love it! They have big screen T.V.s, music playing and have a full bar! My wife loves their sangrias. We like to come here after work to relax ...
Love the concept! My wife and I go here once a month and love it! They have big screen T.V.s, music playing and have a full bar! My wife loves their sangrias. We like to come here after work to relax and get some pedicures done. We usually get the herbal pedicures. They are kind of pricey but worth it because they really rub your legs and use nice smelling masks on them. I would definitely recommend this place.

This has been a very exciting experience. There are a couple of nail bars in town that have this name. BUT THIS NAILBAR IS THE REAL McCOY! The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is amazing. From the time I walked in I was like "Wow"! The other Nail Bars that are bearing this name, can never compare to this one!

Went here because myself and two friends bought a Groupon and it was great! Our appointments were at 1pm and we were seated right away. The pedicure lasted over an hour and was totally worth the money (& the wine was a nice touch too), and we were all able to sit together and talk. I love my nail color, & the attention to detail was great. They did a great job despite us being Groupon customers, which is something I worry about sometimes with this sort of thing. All of the staff seemed friendly and polite as well.
