I use to go to the salon all the time but I started to search tally and supported other people. Well tonight I went in bc all other salon were full and let’s say my nails are horrible, the press on by kiss looks 10x better which I been wearing since I travel a lot. I just ask for something simple to get me over the hump for an event and it looks like I did them with my eyes closed. Simple short Nails. I can’t believe they charge 38.00 for full set and gel. Wow.. Tina had an attitude and just rushed my nails . I’m like wow good thing I paid 20.00 and no tip. These nails will be off by Monday. Wow. That shop needs to be shut down! Horrible . I cannot begin to explain how much I hated my nails. The guy who did my acrylics ( near the front) does NOT know what he is doing. I may be very critical, however the acrylic near my nail bed was squared off and overlapping my cuticles and the skin on my fingers. I asked him to file it down and of course he used the language gap as an excuse to not fix the problem. My shape was off and it appeared as if i had these really squared nails. I had to go buy a file and fix the monstrosity. I'm never going back. PLEASE don't waste your time or money!!! Read Less

Got gel nail set...noticed nail fungus 10 days later...will NOT be going back. Also got pedicure but instruments were dipped in a solution... in place of autoclave sterilization?  Cheap is not always best. Read Less

WORST EXPERIENCE AT A NAIL SALON in my life!!! its funny bc I used to be a regular here 2/3 yrs ago and was considering to return So I'm glad this happened before I wasted any more $. I decided to take my little sister there bc my new regular nail tech was closed & I even returned 2 days later with my mom for some full sets bc the cost is pretty cheap compared to my regular who charges $15 more. I made it clear that I would NEVER put another penny into this money hungry trash of a business after the lady got hostile with me after CALMLY telling her how I wanted my nails shaped. She claimed it wouldn't look right then became erratic when I said I didn't care & that I still wanted it. She then passed me off to her husband then Stormed off. plus it was my birthday set which made it even worst. I'll pay $15 more any day!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Read Less

My experience here was HORRIBLE!!!! I was completely overcharged. The worst was the brow waxing and tinting!!! The girl who was doing my eyebrows had no idea what she was doing, she dropped hot wax into my eye and then handed me a paper towel with baby oil on it.. I almost wanted to sue! Aside from that she missed hairs and the shape was AWFUL. The guy who did my nails messed up the shape, the designs, he did not polish the whole nail, and the designer decals I wanted fell off the same day which I was overcharged for. DO NOT USE THIS SALON, THEY WILL PUT HOT WAX IN YOUR EYES AND COMPLETELY MESS UP YOUR NAILS. THE SALON IS DIRTY AND IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!!!! Read Less

The staff are nice. The tools looked extremely old and not clean. (I don't think the tools are properly autoclaved which is a huge health hazard) The pedicure spas looked very dirty and not cleaned properly. I wouldn't recommend this place Read Less

I would leave negative stars if possible.  This place is disgusting.  The walls in the place are stained and dirty.  I don't know how they are not shut down by the state!  I went in for a pedicure and was seated the the last chair at the back of the shop (the location of the chair is a frame of reference, not a complaint about location). The chair had an off odor, like mildew mixed with B.O.  (Best description I could come up with for the odor).  The old man who did my pedicure didn't speak English, so when I asked him to cut shorter and file round, he was clueless.  Thankfully, a woman finally popped up and interpreted. Despite her translation, he couldn't get it right.  He did a terrible job....seemed like his first time.  The polish was smudged and on my toes...not just my toenails. I waited until he was finished to see if he was going to fix the polish, but no luck.  To top it off, instead of putting my flip flops on, he stuck some stretched out disposable slippers on my feet that slid of and left additional smudging to the polish when I was walking to the front of the shop.  I showed the manager and said I shouldn't have to pay for such a bad pedicure. He offered to fix it, but after an hour in this dirty place, I couldn't do it.  He said the pedicure was free, but he charged me $5 for a bottle of polish that I accidentally dropped and broke when I was picking out a color. That is the first time I've ever dropped polish so I don't know know if that is common nail salon policy, but it's absurd. As I was talking to the manager and telling him it's the worst pedicure I've had in 20 years, the extremely low-class clientele started making loud, rude comments about me. The place is a little old looking but yet clean. I avoid weekends and after work traffic so not to wait. Very detailed people never been dissatisfied with my manicure or pedicure. They give different package option for spa pedicure starting at $20 to $35 Read Less

A pleasant tech. He took his time and the pedicure was reasonably priced ($20). The reason for the four stars is because of the lack of nail polish choices. They had OPI but not the color I wanted. Also, they had no Essie. The walls seem stained and could use repainting. Read Less
