This is a great place to do nails. Ask for Valeria she is amazing and super sweet. Located in Surfside and next to Starbucks with plenty of parking. I loved coming here but have since moved and I was forced to go someplace else. I give this place 0 stars. I walked in to have a pedicure yesterday thinking that i was going to get professional service. I walked out of here with a pedicure that quite honestly i could have done a better job of doing. The nail polish is not on even and the cuticles weren't even cut properly. I come back to let them know that i wasn't happy with the service and they proceed to tell me that i can come back at 9:30 in the morning tomorrow to get another pedicure. Here i am sitting here almost 15 minutes and there are no manicurists even here. They say they open at 9:30 but no employees!! Wtf!!Then the lady tells me they will do a polish change for free. What?  I should get my money back and hats the end of it. What a waste of time! What terrible service!Do not come here. There are other places that do a much better job. Read Less

Want to pay double the cost you’re quoted? Go here. Wow, my husband wanted a pedicure on our vacation and I have an injury so couldn’t get one with him. We walked by and I said, go in, get your pedicure. He looks up the reviews and says “looks like they overcharge.” I’m like, “you’re a dude, how can they overcharge? You’re not getting acrylics, no nail polish, no upgraded designs, just get one and ask for the $29 one.” So he even calls and verified the prices- $29 for a pedicure, $39 for a spa pedicure. Great, goes in and asked for a pedicure. And what happens? $75 for a pedicure. Don’t go here. They’ll somehow manage to upgrade your experience without you realizing you’re paying over double. Love this salon! Everyone is so friendly and pricing isn't too over the top. I manage a very high end hotel spa, so I'm very particular with where I go.  Salon is very clean and follows OSHA standards. Sabrina is the best and I highly recommend her. The worst nail salon I have ever been to. The staff is rude and professional. I showed the girl who was doing my nails a picture of what I wanted to get and she said no problem. During the process, she complained that she is about to die from the smell of acrylic solvent making me feel guilty that I chose acrylic nails over the new generation dipping nails. Then, while filing with the machine, she cut three of my fingers and did not even apologize. The nails she has done were very thick and looked like play dough on my nails. When I told her that this is not how it is supposed to look she got very annoyed with me. Since that moment, every time I was looking at my nails she was asking me: "Is there something wrong again?" Again? Seriously? How unprofessional is that? Long story short, at the end my nails looked nothing like the picture, she used wrong powder color, making my nails milky white instead of natural/transparent, nail polish had streaks, acrylic gel was applied unevenly, cuticles bleeding (see attached pictures). The worst thing is that she DID NOT SANITIZE THE TOOLS AFTER MAKING MY FINGERS BLEED.  She just put the tools back in the drawer to use on the next customer. This place does a great job! Service is great and my mani pedi looks banging. I had tweety and she was fantastic. Also I called for an appointment on Easter Sunday and the only appointment was 2 hours away from the time I called. The women said she would call if she had any cancellations. I had a great manicure and pedicure at Nailhouse. The salon is very clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I'm not sure if it was old school Thursday or what, but the salon played 80s hits the whole time I was in the salon. The salon uses liners to the pedicure chairs and they clean the chairs after every use.My nail technician was great! My pedicure wasn't rushed and he was focused on making sure it came out right. He didn't hesitate to check in and make sure that everything was going well. He made recommendations without being pushy and overbearing.My gel manicure was top notch. My nails are even, my cuticles are perfect, and the shape is amazing. When they give massages during the pedicure and manicure it was a real mini-massage. It wasn't a perfunctory throw away to upcharge you, but a nice addition to the manicure experience. Overall I really enjoyed my experience at Nailhouse. I was on the fence because of all the mixed reviews, but this was close to my hotel and my nails were shameful by the point. I'm glad I came to Nailhouse and didn't travel miles away.  If you are on the fence because of the reviews check it out. Oh no, no, no. I want to point out that I am an avid user of nail salons, and this one lacked so badly, I wanted to walk out. I got my eyebrows threaded, and the women tells me she is rushing to leave (ok?), then tells me to not lay down because her back hurts (ok?), and then proceeds to only take out a few of my eyebrow hairs because she thinks I'm done. The salon is rather small and not luxurious however the prices reflect otherwise.  My pedicure was quickly done and my toe nail polish was cracking by the time i left the salon.  However i will say the regular manicure I received was done well and the women shaped and painted my nails well lasting almost a week without chipping. My wife made an appointment with Stephanie days before our appointment time. When we went Stephanie booked someone else and knew nothing of the appointment. There was confusion. Stephanie is disputing with someone else that Worked there about who has an appointment. I was embarrassed and angry from the whole situation. I walked out and told I would write this review. Be very careful about making appointments here as its obvious they don't have a good system down.I just read another review with an appointment issue so surely there is a problem!!
