I started within a couple of weeks after they open this location (at the time MiMi only), and been happy with MiMi and Ms. Lou. A few weeks ago I had a bad experience with my appointment with one on my feet & one trying to do my nails, which is very uncomfortable, I come to relax and enjoy my time. I had my nails cut down many times before here, but this last appointment I was charged to cut them down and was never told of the charge and has never been charged in the past. If this is new, please tell your customers (loyal customer).

My nail tec no name did such a great job on my nails. he took his time and he was very friendly and had such a great sense of humor . such a great place never disappoints !!

Horrible experience they are so rude me and my mom got pedicures and they came out horrible because both ladies we got service from kept talking and messed up our pedicures and my toe nails hurt because she used the medal thing to remove the dirt from the bottom so rough because she kept talking the whole time. They are all bitter and rude if nails isn’t what you like to do get out this field!

Stop talking in Chinese it’s rude to begin with... her son is also lazy my daughter wanted to get her nails done so his mom asked him if he can do it he starts making these ugly faces and didn’t want to do it I asked him if they wax he told me no when I asked the owner she told me yes! I will never return here

I love going here! I used to just do my nails anywhere but I have become obsessed with this place! I love the customer service. The only thing I WISH they did is WAX eyebrows. They use a razor and I dont like that so I have to go elsewhere. It also helps that they have had multiple specials since I began going here....
Edit- ***I have now been going here for a super long time and have never had an undersirable experience. However, this last time the guy doing my pediure was so rough that I kept having to tell him he was hurting me. Plus he used the grater thing on my heels and he did it so much that today my heels are still irritated and hurt when i'm walking. Plus the other guy who did my nails was ridiculously demanding basically stating that he wanted me to be completely still during my full set. He told me not to touch my phone. That I needed to stop moving and then told me not to touch my face or my hair during my full set. At one point my head itched and I scratched it and he nearly had a coronary. Then when I left the tip he basically said oh, do i have to split this with him (pedicure guy). I am just going to have to go elsewhere now which is a shame because I genuinely liked this place.

Best salon so far. Taken my mom there for Christmas and she loves it. They work great and have amazing customer service. You can tell by how busy they get.

I started within a couple of weeks after they open this location (at the time MiMi only), and been happy with MiMi and Ms. Lou. A few weeks ago I had a bad experience with my appointment with one on my feet & one trying to do my nails, which is very uncomfortable, I come to relax and enjoy my time. I had my nails cut down many times before here, but this last appointment I was charged to cut them down and was never told of the charge and has never been charged in the past. If this is new, please tell your customers (loyal customer).

I love going here! I used to just do my nails anywhere but I have become obsessed with this place! I love the customer service. The only thing I WISH they did is WAX eyebrows. They use a razor and I dont like that so I have to go elsewhere. It also helps that they have had multiple specials since I began going here....
