Went to get an acrylics done when It was not too busy, but the male nail tech Jim did a very poor job on my nails, he applied gel polish very sloppy and my acrylics were too think and lop sided . I had him try to fix the mess to the point where my nails were "ok" looking, but I was in a rush and paid and left. When I got home I noticed how uneven they were so I went back the next day and showed the manager the mess, i got attitude from her as she was fixing them and she had someone else finish. This is the worst place to come and do your nails...aside from the skill set being one of the worst I have ever experienced...the customer service is non-existing!! The guy Jim or Jimmy didnt do a good job. He left dry cuticle around my toes and used too much nail polish and it dripped around my toenail on the skin. He wouldn't want to remove it, got mad and left me there w another person who finished my toes and did my manicure leaving also all my fingernails uneven, bumps, and brush hair inside the nail polish. First impression of this place was fine but they don't include manicure on acrylic services and won't tell you that neither offer you the manicure service for extra $5.. I wasn't aware of that and just asked for acrylic and with less than 24 hours it looks horrible! They waxed my eyebrows without even blowing or airing the EXTREMELY HOT wax, even made a face when I asked for them to air it since it felt uncomfortable. They just waxed and left me. No trim, no tweeze. Very rushed. Then my pedicure was a disappointment. My pedicure looked crappy as well. My feet are still sore and hard underneath with alot of dead skin. Had to request for the grating tool which was only used on my big toe and very sparingly used. If she passed it 3x on toe it was exaggerating. They did not even have my favorite brand-Essie. If I could give no star I would ! Walked into there place they where really unpleasant. "Ya what you do today" then they didn't know how to do a simple style I asked for. Got probably upset at me (started talking at there language in high tones) should have left there. So this guy started filling my nails he was really aggressive and I felt his anger. It was horrible. They do not know the meaning or concept of customer service. My wife had an appointment and when she got there they didnt even know. And then she asked to haver her cuticle removed, the lady stand up and stop doing her nails and just saod someone else would. They rush thru the manicure and do a very poor jon. Will never go back. So I went there to get my nails done on 8/18/16..I thought I was gonna have to wait a while to get my nails done but there was no wait I was seated immediately..mind you it was like 3pm on a Thursday I thought it would be packed in a new spot like that...anyways,before I sat down I had to pay first,at least they made it seem that way! They told me for a manicure and a pedicure it would be 60 something dollars and that's for the organic acrylic! So I said oh no that's too much... so they told me about the Gel which is a little cheaper and that was $53! So I go with the gel,I pay for it and not once did the lady tell me there's no refund! So whatever,I sit down and the lady that has to do my nails has a attitude already! She was very nasty and rude and it took her 3 hours to do my nails with that "Gel" junk! She kept messing it up and doing it over! The customer service was horrible period! The lady took so long that I ddnt want to get my feet done anymore so I wanted my money back and the lady at the desk is gonna tell me I'm sorry we don't do refunds! I said excuse me?! This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!! I paid 45$ for getting gel nail polish and pedicure for nothing!! my nails started getting off just the next day after getting the manicure!! My daughter got her nails done here. 1st, they cut her cuticle really bad, she was bleeding and in pain. Then they left her acrylics long and told her that if she wanted them to be cut down it was an extra $5. When your already paying $40 you shouldn't be charged extra to have your nails at the length you want. She also wanted them to be shaped to coffin style and again, she was told it would be an extra $5. After she was done I looked at her nails and realized that they put on the tips that were too big for her small fingers. There wasn't one good thing about this nail salon. I had a manicure, pedicure and my eye brows done. Honestly, I travelled 3 hours to try this place and I did not come out with my feet hurting as the times I went to the Chinese place. It was done right, but gentle, with love. Usually my nails start falling off after one week, but it's two weeks and they are still going strong, not even shaky. The girl took her time to make my eye brows perfect, which isnt an easy task since I accidentally burnt part of it off some years ago. Straight up, the best place to go for nails that are also healthy. Can't compare to the strong awful smell you get at the other places from the chemicals. Will never go here again. I had luck with a mani/pedi but when I wanted a full set I called ahead to schedule an appointment. I get there and they didn't have my name in the book and even checked the caller id to basically make sure I wasn't lying. Not only did they not have the person I wanted they put me with a new guy there that apparently is learning how to do nails. I was beyond disappointed how horrendous my nails looked. His name was Billy I think. Never ever again. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to going in the first place. Your at the mall and getting your outfit last minute for a particular evening and then you walk past a nail place.  You think to yourself: oh maybe I have time to get nails done... Positives (+):They take walk in appointments and most of the time the wait is not bad. They have multiple nail technicians and stations. Located in Sawgrass Mall,so you can get your shopping done as well as nails, the convenience of getting all your errands done. Negatives (-) Nail polishes and colors need a update. The space is tiny and the stations are right next to each other.  The nail technicians do a mediocre job and most of the time nails chip so quickly after.  I have gotten my nails done here multiple times and each time they last only 3 days or so until the nail polish looks bad.  Overall, this place gets the job done when your in a time crunch.  Specially, if you have somewhere to go that particular day.  But keep your expectations low.  ~ Read Less

Do not come here! Very unsanitary. They do not clean their pedicure tubs after each client, they just rinse them with water. Horrible manicures, horrible customer service. if you arrive 15 minutes before their closing time they advise you to leave and come back later. I went there on my lunch break, and had my polish shellac removed and redone. My finised shellac manicure looked bumpy and uneven. "Eek! Methinksnot!" says Yelp based on my 1 Star review. Could not have said it better myself! Wish I could negative star this place and stand outside with a picket sign warning unsuspecting victims.....I hate to be so mean but there are soooo many rooms for improvement, it pushed me to write an essay.  So I was in the mall 2 weeks ago and couldn't make it to my normal nail salon, so I opted to stop in here bc it was convenient, not overpriced and seemed clean. First I was completely ignored for the first 5 minutes....strike 1...Customer service is everything!I was finally greeted by somebody, asked if it would be long bc I was on a tight schedule and needed something in the mall. She asked me not to leave, the tech would be ready soon. I was directed to a spa chair and my pedi water was setup. Thinking this was great rebound from the initial lack of customer service, I sat back and relaxed. After about 10 minutes, I was still waiting. Again, they assured me they would be right with me. 20 minutes later (my feet still in the water) I still hadn't been seen. Again I asked and was told the nail tech was working with another customer....so why the heck didn't they tell me so I could do what I needed in the mall and come back....ughh! Strike 2.Finally after 30 minutes the nail tech comes over, apologizes profusely, then starts and finishes my pedi within 12 minutes. whattt! Did I really wait 30 minutes for a 12 minute pedicure?!?!? She suggested (with an attitude) I get a deluxe pedi for $18 more if I wasn't satisfied. Are you kidding me?! Strike 3!Finally starts the polish...What a joke! Kept painting my cuticles, using nail polish remover to fix it then polish to fix the mess made by the nail polish remover. End result was horrible and took forever. Very frustrated, I asked if somebody else could finish the paint & to my surprise, she was really mad & started speaking in another language to her coworker..I explained to her what was wrong and she told me it was fine....whatttttttttttt?!! I honestly, I could not believe what I was hearing. Strike frikkin 4!Finally the manager comes over completes my polish in less than 5 minutes and I was out the door. Frustrated, but finally satisfied I know to NEVER go there again.  Fast forward 2 weeks later, I am back at my normal salon (Davie Nails) with the oh so awesome Tuyet! Side Note: It's amazing the things we take for granted like a skilled nail tech and great customer service.....She starts my pedi, removing the polish and I had developed a toe fungus! OMG! Strike 5, 6, & 7! I have never had a fungus in my life until after my visit to Nail Trix Sawgrass. Disgusted and now really pissed off, I have reported them to the health department! First of all, I was on vacation and decided to go here since it is inside the mall. I got my eyebrows done but oMG did that hurt. She was not very patient and careful. She was in a hurry. She accidently hit me while pulling the wax strip. It was so bad. She could of been a bit more careful. My friend got a regular manicure and she made her finger bleed due to being so rough. I will not be back to this place.Also they told us to leave because we spoke spanish and of course they did not understand us and told us to get out. I thought it was funny but so wrong. Being new to the area from the Silicon Valley, (CA) I just wanted a mani/pedi and a little relaxation after long days of house hunting and red eye flights!What a disappointment. As I'm writing this 6 of my...nail beds?...are bleeding/scabby. I was not greeted, and was there 20 minutes total. The person who did my pedicure never spoke to me but seemed to feel that she was trapped in a sweat shop. She kept cutting into the sides of my nail beds, repeatedly, and I was bleeding and kept asking her to stop. She never stopped. My toes were burning from the nail polish touching open cuts she had made. My polish is not even. She did 2 coats on the same nail at the same time and it looks streaky and uneven. Also she sprayed some kind of alcohol onto my legs after she put a cheap waxy lotion of them and rubbed it roughly into my (razor-burned) legs with a very stiff washcloth. That really hurt too.Also I watched them cleaning the foot spas and I am positive they were not cleaned properly. What a joke. I'm sure my cut-up toes will show up with some gnarly bacteria soon.Basically the whole experience was painful and ridiculous from start to finish, In CA this place wouldn't have one customer.
