Came into the shop yesterday randomly wanting a set of acrylic's. The staff were beyond friendly and professional. And didn't hurt me at all, unlike some places I've been to. They keep everything really clean. YAY I found my nail place =]

What an awful experience. I made an appointment and went in to have my dip nails replaced and they sat me down with some guy who didn’t say a word to me. No hello or introduction. I let him know I’ve been extra sensitive because I am very pregnant. First he used a really hard drill to take off the top coat, I’ve been doing dip for a while at different places and never had this happen. And even tho I told him it was hurting and had a nail that was hurt/damaged he didn’t change anything.
Then he wrapped my fingers in acetone and left my nails soaking for like 5 mins. When he came back, of course, a ton of the dip was still on there and hard. So he pulls out the machine again and I asked if we can just let them soak for a few mins longer because I prefer to use the machine less. He gave me major attitude and said he needed to use the machine. I said that I understood he would need too use it later, but from previous experience if I can just let them soak longer then most of it will come off naturally.
He stormed off and disappeared for like 20 mins. Eventually during that time I took the foil off my own nails and (surprise) most of it came off. I’m sitting there for a long time and eventually notice there is no license on his station (while most of the others had them posted). So I turn and ask to confirm with the receptionist that he is indeed licensed - and now she is giving me attitude.
I go back to waiting - still no one comes or says anything to me. Eventually he comes back out, walks right past me and started taking care of someone else! Still no one addresses the situation. At that point I just walked out. I have NEVER walked out of salon - or even asked about the licenses before but the entire situation was just absurd.
I went straight to another salon and they did a great job, with good attitudes and didn’t give me a hard time about any of my preferences.

My pedicure was alright, he left polish on my skin in several areas but that's not the worst to come. I had acrlyics removed, and the technician seemed to be lost on what to do. He cut my nails way to short and very uneaven, I have acrylic plastic all over my hands still, and the skin around my nails looks awful. Very frustrated and out 56$. Guess I should have went to the salon in sawgrass mall, would have gotten more bang for my buck.

I’ve been here twice before. The salon has a nice ambiance and looks very nice inside. The first time the guy did a fill on me and the nails turned out perfectly fine, but he did cut me with the drill thingy a few times. the second time I came in and the lady told me it would be a 20 min wait. I waited and she told me that they were ready for me, and pick out the color I wanted. After 20 seconds of looking at the nail polishes, (literally) I turned to her to start on the fill, but she suddenly told me they couldn’t take me. Some lady walked in after me with an “emergency” and they put her before me. It was 6:37 and they close at 7:00 so they said they could no longer take me. Not sure what kind of an emergency she had that they put her before someone who had waited for 20 minutes but to me, this is bad customer service and organization. I will not be returning again.

Definitely One of the best salons ever been to. they suggest a dip powder instead of acrylic and it makes my nails look 100x better and no thick acrylic on top. Cassie was extremely kind and took her time which I did appreciate. Definitely will be coming back here and to bring extra tip money:-) plus the wait wasnt too long but I would call ahead of time if you don’t want to wait.

I've been coming here for months now and they never cease to amaze me. The pedicures are definitely worth it and is so relaxing. This is a guaranteed spot if you're looking for an easy going spa day. I typically get my full set and refills done as well and I would suggest having the males do them because they actually take their time to do your nails proper. I don't feel rushed and pushed to the side like other salons. The prices are a bit more than the other spas in the area but you get exactly what you pay for in this shop! Don't be shy to ask them for specific designs or styles either!

Well, I was excited to come since it looked nice but I'm very disappointed. It smells very strong, stronger than other salons, which makes me think they lack proper ventilation. I went for a pedicure and I asked the girl to it cut in certain areas since it tends to get infected after a pedicure, but she didn't listen and she went right to do what I'd asked met not to. And all she said "don't worry, it won't hurt" as I kept telling her, stop it hurts I told you not to cut there, she kept telling me that I should do this or that. And guess what, both my feet are hurting a lot. I can't walk. For the price is not worth it.

Clean facility, good staff, quality work. It's been 3 weeks now and my nails have not chipped. Me and my mom came here before our cruise trip to have our nails done. I looked up a bunch of places on Yelp and this one looked welcoming and had great reviews. I made an appointment beforehand but got stuck in traffic the day of and had to call and move the appointment back. When we arrived the front desk girl said she thought we weren't coming...Even though I called to let her know we were running late. So we had to wait 15 minutes before getting worked on which is not too bad. I love the nice relaxing music they had on. Felt like I was at a Parisian cafe. There were a lot of pedicure chairs in the back and quite a few tables for manicures in the front. Everything looked well kept and neat. The lady who painted my mom's nails had to redo a couple fingers cause it touched the UV ray machine as she was putting her hand in. The girl who did my French gel manicure was articulate and precise. She didn't talk much which I actually like. I prefer a quiet quick session for mani/pedi treatments. She painted my French tips perfectly and used a very unique rightside up method I've never seen anyone else do. But it worked well. She squared my nails very well too. I might have went a little overboard turning on the light while my nails were baking inside but my gel polish has not chipped at all and remain fully in tact 3 weeks later. With plenty of luggage lifting and vacation craziness, still perfect, minus my nails and my cuticles growing out. Prices weren't too bad either. $63 for me and my mom's gel manicures. Will definitely be going back for more.

Was looking for a new nail salon and checked Yelp first. This spot had great reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I called to make an appt and they said they could take me right away. I was greeted warmly and seated in the pedicure chair immediately. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated . So far so good. I had read on Yelp that they offered cold water and wine but nobody offered me either.The gentleman that did my pedicure was nice but kind of rough. I advised him I had an ingrown nail and he didn't really seem to know what to do. He did provide a little relief but getting there was quite painful. I paid extra for the lavender treatment and massage which I have to say was lacking. The fills were better. He was efficient and did a nice clean job. I guess I will have to see how they hold up the next two weeks. With a few minor improvements the place could definitely be 4-5 stars. I will give them another shot to see if they get there.

I was a walk-in and I was in the chair in a matter of 5 minutes. The gentleman that attended to my pedicure was cordial, efficient and did a great job on my neglected feet. I then went and got a manicure. The gentleman at that station was just as pleasant and did a super job on my nails. This was my first time coming to this nail spa and I will definitely return. A person I know told me that her and her mother come here and I'm so glad I came and gave them a try. I decided to do the gel polish on my hands and feet. I hope they last. I have wedding to go to in California, but don't have a place to go for a mani/pedi out there. The wedding is in four days. Fingers crossed that this nail job lasts. From the look of things, I'm sure that they will.

Relaxed spa like atmosphere. They offer water or WINE COMPLIMENTARY with your pedicure, they may offer it with manicures as well. My pedicure is lasting longer than usual as well.

So after reading the reviews here I decided to give this salon a try. I went when they first opened. I was welcomed immediately. I went for gel fill. The tech did an awesome job. On their website it says gel fills are $22.00 and up. I just got a basic fill. I had no repairs. I didn't even need my nails cut shorter. I paid 32.00. I should have said something but was in a hurry and just Paid and left. I did find detailed tell salon to be very clean. All of the work stations are kept neat and clean as well.Thank you for clarifying that. I understand that but I just feel it should have been explained to me first. But I was still extremely satisfied with the job that was done. I will definitely return.

I honesty can't find a reason not to give this nail spa anything but 5 stars! I normally do my own mani/pedi at home so when I decide treat myself I'm extremely picky. I walked in on a late Friday afternoon and was welcomed by super friendly staff. They were able to accommodate me right away and had me pick out polish options. I always take too long to do this because there's way too many options and I honestly love them all. The nail tech Ben came over and helped me pick colors then showed me over to the pedicure station. They have French music playing as background music and several TV's playing shows from the Food Network and HGTV. Loved that! I chose the Gallery Spa Pedicure with a regular manicure for $39. For the pedicure, they use a scented sugar foot scrub and lotion along with scented stuff they put in the water. From the three different scent options (lavender, cucumber, and milk and honey) I chose the lavender based on Bens recommend. I also liked the longer leg and foot massage which is why I went with this pedicure option. Overall, the quality of the manicure and pedicure was fantastic. He rounded my nails exactly the way I asked and did a phenomenal polish job. The salon was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. I would definitely return the next time I plan on treating myself to a mani/pedi!

Was looking for a new nail salon and checked Yelp first. This spot had great reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I called to make an appt and they said they could take me right away. I was greeted warmly and seated in the pedicure chair immediately. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated . So far so good. I had read on Yelp that they offered cold water and wine but nobody offered me either.The gentleman that did my pedicure was nice but kind of rough. I advised him I had an ingrown nail and he didn't really seem to know what to do. He did provide a little relief but getting there was quite painful. I paid extra for the lavender treatment and massage which I have to say was lacking. The fills were better. He was efficient and did a nice clean job. I guess I will have to see how they hold up the next two weeks. With a few minor improvements the place could definitely be 4-5 stars. I will give them another shot to see if they get there.

WONDERFUL!!! I had a French Gel Manicure. The gentleman did an excellent job. He was gentle and efficient. I love that he opened a sterile package!!! The environment is very relaxing. All of The employees we so nice! The customers were happy and I could tell long time customers, which tells me alot!!! I am so glad I don't have to keep trying different salons. Finally 100% happy!

This Nail Spa seems very anti-African American friendly. My wife and I are professionals and anticipated spending over $150 On services at this location. They are absolutely disrespectful on the buying and spending power of our community. I explained my displeasure and kindly exited the establishment. I was a walk-in and I was in the chair in a matter of 5 minutes. The gentleman that attended to my pedicure was cordial, efficient and did a great job on my neglected feet. I then went and got a manicure. The gentleman at that station was just as pleasant and did a super job on my nails. This was my first time coming to this nail spa and I will definitely return. A person I know told me that her and her mother come here and I'm so glad I came and gave them a try. I decided to do the gel polish on my hands and feet. I hope they last. I have wedding to go to in California, but don't have a place to go for a mani/pedi out there. The wedding is in four days. Fingers crossed that this nail job lasts. From the look of things, I'm sure that they will.

Relaxed spa like atmosphere. They offer water or WINE COMPLIMENTARY with your pedicure, they may offer it with manicures as well. My pedicure is lasting longer than usual as well.

Loved this place. Very nice and great service. My polish didn't come out great as the second coat she didn't really apply is correctly. But nothing to give a negative review over since their service was great. Next time I'll be sure to pay attention to that detail. Oh and they only accept CASH tips.

So after reading the reviews here I decided to give this salon a try. I went when they first opened. I was welcomed immediately. I went for gel fill. The tech did an awesome job. On their website it says gel fills are $22.00 and up. I just got a basic fill. I had no repairs. I didn't even need my nails cut shorter. I paid 32.00. I should have said something but was in a hurry and just Paid and left. I did find detailed tell salon to be very clean. All of the work stations are kept neat and clean as well.Thank you for clarifying that. I understand that but I just feel it should have been explained to me first. But I was still extremely satisfied with the job that was done. I will definitely return.

I discovered the place a few months ago and LOVE it! I have gotten different techs amd all have been great but Ben is my favorite. Does an awesome job!! I plan on being a regular !

I honesty can't find a reason not to give this nail spa anything but 5 stars! I normally do my own mani/pedi at home so when I decide treat myself I'm extremely picky. I walked in on a late Friday afternoon and was welcomed by super friendly staff. They were able to accommodate me right away and had me pick out polish options. I always take too long to do this because there's way too many options and I honestly love them all. The nail tech Ben came over and helped me pick colors then showed me over to the pedicure station. They have French music playing as background music and several TV's playing shows from the Food Network and HGTV. Loved that! I chose the Gallery Spa Pedicure with a regular manicure for $39. For the pedicure, they use a scented sugar foot scrub and lotion along with scented stuff they put in the water. From the three different scent options (lavender, cucumber, and milk and honey) I chose the lavender based on Bens recommend. I also liked the longer leg and foot massage which is why I went with this pedicure option. Overall, the quality of the manicure and pedicure was fantastic. He rounded my nails exactly the way I asked and did a phenomenal polish job. The salon was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. I would definitely return the next time I plan on treating myself to a mani/pedi!
