I wish I could post pictures, but if the management is interested I can still provide them. The dirtiest spa salon I have ever seeing!! Just horrible. Lazy and pushy cleaning personal: a girl almost knocked me off my feet try to place a towel basket right where I was putting my underwear on in the changing room. Couldn’t give me a second even. She then proceeded to brush her long hair in the bathroom and put the hair brush full of it right in front of me. Brrrrr. The showers are so dirty that the grew mold on curtains!! Soap containers are all broken. Chair in the relaxation area are dirtier than at the train station. And I mean it! Too bad google doesn’t allow for photos. I moved to Hallandale beach from NY few months ago. Still trying to find Great place for manicure and pedicure. Seven Seas Spa is just OK place , nothing special .People were nice but the service was worse than OK. I could do it better myself.Also they have valet parking $5 ( with the stamp) .I guess I will keep searching for better place . Read Less

Very rude staff i reserved a tiki hut. When i went to the beach area to requeste for it someone was already using it. After speaking with the attendant they finally were able to grant me the hut. Then the cushions had holes and were old. However all the other guest had new cushions. Will never come back. Do not recommend at all. Read Less

I purchased a group on to try this place out and see what it's all about. I was pleasantly surprised. From the average reviews I was thinking it was a flop but it wasn't. I arrived right on time which to me is late. Traffic was horrible from Kendall so if you're going the distance try and get there early. I walked in and the woman escorted me and my husband to the back right away. We were asked to change into gowns. Given robes and asked to sit back in their lounge. The masseuses were calling five minutes later. The massage was good. It wasn't the best I've ever had but it was good. The woman Had good technique but I wish she had a bit more pressure. My husband said the same. We were seated back in the lounge and given champagne. We had an option of different beverages. Mimosa, champagne, water, or juice. Shortly after we were called in for the facials. The facials were great. Almost better than the massages. I loved them.   We were offered another glass of champagne and asked to wait in the lounge. Overall a great experience. Not my absolute best spa day but it was good. Definitely a place I'd visit again. We are hanging out by the pool and then having dinner at kitchen 305. If I could give this "Spa" zero stars I would! To start, I made an appointment and STILL waited 40 minutes. This place has no respect for your time! It doesn't help that the staff has no respect for one another and there seems to be tension between the scheduler and nail tech. Second, the valet is NOT free there is still a charge. Lastly this was THE WORST mani-pedi I have EVER received. After cutting my cuticles too much to the point where I bled I think it's safe to say take your time and money elsewhere. We did a package that included valet parking, champagne, massages, use of spa amenities and a beach tiki hut. Overall great experience. My massage was average, a little fast paced. My Husband said his was very good. And being an aveda spa I expected that Aveda smell throughout and it didn't. We did enjoy our day and all staff were very friendly. Read Less

My mom and I went to this spa on Saturday for Mother's Day. I called on Wednesday super last minute and they were able to squeeze us in for 2 facials and 2 stress fix massages. Though this was not the spa's fault, the resort was a ZOO. It was so packed and the line to valet was insane. Fortunately the spa discounts the valet cost to $10 from $25. The spa is located downstairs from the madness of the resort which is nice. They whisked my mom away for her facial (we couldn't get them done at the same time) and I made myself comfortable in the women's locker room. The women's locker was messy and there was water all over the floor. I liked the lockers because they were code lock instead of keys that we would need to carry with us throughout our day. I checked out the steam room which was okay and then met my mother in the relaxation room while we waited for our massages. They have some water infused dispensers and a nut mix while you wait on the comfy recliners. The overall ambiance is very relaxing. My mom was amused by her facial. I believe her name was Margarita? It was called the elemental facial and my mom said she just rubbed a crap ton of what felt like various lotions on her face and neck (later I too experienced this lather of lotions) but it was calming and she was very nice. At the end of each service they offer you champagne, mimosa, water or soda. Always get the mimosa. By the end we had had like 4 mimosas each!My moms stress fix, also known as deep tissue, was by Olena, I think. She said it was absolutely AMAZING and she's hard to please. My mom always gets deep tissue massages from men because they press harder but she said Olena was superb and would love to see her again. Me on the other hand, I had Elena. She was very very nice don't get me wrong and I told her that I liked a firmer pressure and she gave me that but she was rough in her delivery. She at one point hurt that middle bone at the top of my back and she also lightly scratched me a few times. Overall my massage was MEH. After we finished at the spa, we decided to walk the resort. Again this place was a zoo there was people everywhere it was insane. We saw a long pier and wanted to check it out. Try again you have to PAY to walk the pier and to get there you have to walk through a restaurant (which looked good but we didn't eat there.)I don't know if I will return. I live about 40 minutes from the resort and wasn't over the moon with our experience. Oh and it took us 15 minutes to get through valet after we had our car because there was so much congestion. Love Zelma's customized aveda massage. She is a true master of massage therapy. The aveda oils used are so nourishing and soothing for the muscles and skin. My facial with Margarita was also excellent my skin feels cleansed and rejuvenated. I felt so pampered the entire afternoon. The amenities of the hotel are very nice. I LOVED IT !!!!!! <3 I got a facial massage and a full body massage, both of the girls that took care of me were very professional and always treated me like a princess. Asking how I was feeling, if the temperature was okay, if I needed something, and also caring if I had any special request. the products they used were very good, after the facial massage I felt my skin very moisturized.
