Went in wanting a pedicure and acrylic nails. Apparently they forgot about me wanting a pedicure so I just shrugged it off and decided not to get it since they were busy... I wanted to do my eyebrows and I mentioned it to the girl doing my eyebrows. Upon paying the lady who was charging me, made it a big deal about asking someone else there to do my eyebrows. Well the lady who did my eyebrows never mentioned she would do them.. she made it a big deal about me asking... I was thinking about leaving a tip but after being pretty much attacked on why I asked someone to do my eyebrows then yeah I didn’t... glad i don’t live here because I won’t be coming back. I went in to Soho to get my eyebrows waxed. I am 54 and wear glasses and it's very difficult to style eyebrows by yourself. The common question is always "manicure, pedicure?" I decided to have a polish change because I was short on time and really hadn't planned other services. I used to work in the plaza as a kitchen designer and was never happy with the pedicure but I figured a polish change would be a good idea since I may not have time over the next couple days. The nail tech sat down for my polish change. Looked sideways at the tech sitting beside her and rattled off a few sentences in a language I do not speak. The girl beside her looked up and glanced at me, apologetically.This banter continued throughout the polish change until she said I should follow her into the waxing room. It's so strange to have someone think not only can I not understand the language, but I also must not be able to decipher obvious disdain. She said all done and handed me a mirror. The room is very dark and I thought it looked fine. It was absolutely terrible upon later inspection. I could easily have done a better job myself. I have had this service at Soho many times so I figured it would be fine. I was attending my mother-in-laws funeral that week so It was very frustrating to have to have services repeated at such a difficult time in my families life. Sure, maybe I could have said something in the salon. I just really had so much on my mind with the memorial approaching I really wasn't up to a battle. It wasn't the first time I was disappointed at Soho. It's really bothered me so much I decided to write this review so others can be warned. It looks great inside, but if you are not spending a fortune, you run the risk of having to repeat services elsewhere. All in all I have found Soho so hit and miss. You can have someone who is wonderful and have a great experience or have someone who is absolutely awful and vow to never go back. I pick the latter after one too many bad experiences. Never again. Absolutely love soho nails!!!!!! Been going for a while now and I am never disappointed!!! They take time to talk to you.... They are so good with smaller children as well my daughter loves it there!!! This is my go to place for sure!!! Read Less

I've been going here for years. They do an amazin job! My nails look beautiful every time. I have tried other salons, but they NEVER look as good. Very clean and sanitary. Love this place and would highly recommend! Read Less

They were good when they just bought this place from Fingers and Toes. The salon is well decorated after they moved in but then it's getting filthy and the services are very poor. It took them only 15 mins to complete my full pedicure. Rip off! Don't ever come there. Read Less
