Horrible customer service with the owner!!! Literally called made an appt rushed 45 min drive. I missed the call by 2 min my phone was in my purse. I arrive and get turned away to get my nails done, my normal nail guy does amazing and the owner gave my spot up to someone else after driving far!!!. BS!!! Read Less

I have been going here for over a year and have always been satisfied with their services. My only issue is with their discount card. I had earned 20% off for my next visit on my last visit. My husband and I decided to get pedicures as a couple yesterday. They were amazing until it came time for the discount. Any time I have used the card they give me credit for my whole purchase. Examples I always take myself and my best friends 2 daughters with me, so they give me credit for 3 pedicures. So yesterday should have gotten 20% off my entire purchase (2 pedicures that I paid for together). They said I could only get 20% off of mine. So I feel like I was cheated. Also their menu states a manicure comes "free" with the deluxe pedicure but I was charged for it. Read Less

This is the WORST nail salon EVER!!! I got my toes done... left... went to lunch and noticed my toenail polish came off two toes. So I touched the other toes and all of the polish was wiping off onto my fingers. I came back and the guy RYAN is literally arguing with me and basically calling me a liar. saying that he doesn't believe me & it's not his fault... telling me that I stepped on my own feet before they were dry. I let them dry for 40 minutes before I left his salon due to me having a manicure AFTER my pedicure and having to wait for my manicure to dry. He will NEVER get my business again... sad thing is..I was very happy originally and would have come back. Moral of the story... don't come here!!!!! Read Less

My hair has always been a challenge for most barbers. My bi-racial background (American father with curly hair/Vietnamese mother with straight hair) has left me with straight, coarse hair that grows outward (picture a chia pet). Most barbers can't seem to figure out how to cut it (which baffles me to no end). However, Sada seems to be the exception to the rule. Although this place is a salon, I would say that 40 percent of his clients are men (if I had to venture a guess). The salon is located in downtown Stuart right off the roundabout. My second time here for a blow out. First time the experience was great. The stylist new how to work the hair to achieve a smooth and shiny finish. This time I had a different stylist and I just left the salon looking like I did my own hair. Which I will have to do when I get home!  My hair is thin and semi wavy and she just couldn't figure it out...kept wrapping huge amounts of hair around the brush so that it couldn't dry completely. The end result is frizzy, baked looking hair. The only reason I even gave them three stars is because they are nice but without the original stylist there, I won't be going back. Read Less

I have baby fine hair that is impossible to style, a tender head and color never seems to be stick or be the color I'm looking for. I went to Sada and saw Renee; she got the cut right, the color is perfect (I like both highlights and lowlights underneath) and she was so gentle I never felt a thing! She is a good listener and funny too; so the whole experience was enjoyable. I walk my dogs in my neighborhood and every neighbor I see complements my hair and most have asked where I had it done. I have been going to Sada Salon for four years in the winter. I am a partial snow-bird because I dont own, I rent.I find that the salon has definitely improved each year. My favorite hair stylist is Anita. She is a local girl and has a real Fla. accent which i love hearing. I canceled my hair appointments in New York because I love the way she does my hair. I went to Sada International as a new client about a month ago. I booked an appointment with Yoko for my color and with Sada for my haircut. I expressed my concern and told them the style and color I was looking for. By the time I was finished (took a couple hours) I looked like a completely different person!! My hair looks amazing and Ive never had my hair looking so beautiful. I would defintly reccomend this salon to anyone reading this. Read Less
