I truly wish I could give a 0 for star. Went in with two others, first I'll say they bombarded us at the door very confused people .we said one full set of gels and two fills and 2 pedicures. Ok well time for gel fills... design ?? Yes well.... omg she kept trying and trying could not get it rite I kept telling her no not like that like the photo. Needless to say the fills first of all were not done correct the had dips and lumps and she had to get someone else to do it and he still did not get it rite. My toes are also not done correct due to them using thinner in the polish as some plkaces do this to save no at on buying new polish. I kept saying no no they are not rite. Finally I just said forget it. My niece was doing same thing on her nails but another one could not get it so she said no don't do it take it off. They looked at us like WE were wrong. Well in my experience if u say u can do a design then know how to. We went to pay and 130.00 later they had the nerve to say oh we forget one pedicure I was like ate you for real ??? After what my nails look like you are going to even have the nerve to say this. But whatever. I paid and was just happy to get out of there with my lumpy nails.goung back to AJ nails or VIP. My son is getting married this weekend so I went here to get my nails done.. They looked so bad that I didn't even ask them to fix my nails. I drove to another salon and paid again to get my nails fixed.. The polish was on so thick, my nails were uneven.. Never again will I go here.... Read Less

Although my nails look beautiful every time I go, I will not return to this salon. On several occasions when I have seen them pull tools directly from a basket, I have asked if the tools were autoclaved. Each time, I was told yes. They pointed to the machine and showed me a little pouch. Today the autoclave pouch was put in front of me and I noticed something. The tape which is removed to seal the bag when you autoclave was still there. The color changing sensor in the paper which shows up when the bag is heated was not present. The bag looked old and had stains on it. This bag had never been in an autoclave. I am an RN and specialized in infectious diseases. To lie about something like this is unethical and presents danger of infection to anyone who goes here. It's upsetting and disappointing because they always did a beautiful job. My husband and I tried Rose Nails for the first time yesterday.  What a wonderful experience.  I had a full set of HEALTHY NAILS and am absolutely loving the color and process.   The shop is super clean, the technicians are very friendly and there was NO strong NAIL PROCESS odor at all. Most of the time Rose's does a good job, but this time they rushed the pedicure. I booked 4 pedicures way in advanced and all of the pedicures were rushed.... our appointment was at 6. By the time they were ready for us the pedicure was about 15 minutes. For $25 i think thats a little much. I think it's time to try a new place. Read Less

Don't waste your money. A mani-pedi is $40 and horrible. I was so disappointed with this place. I'm visiting from New York and this kind of money should buy a very different experience than I had. There is a difference between neat and clean and I didn't find it to be super clean. I had previously gone to Venetian Nails and that was fantastic and light years from this place.    When I met my nail tech I explained that I needed to make sure she cut my ingrown nails and she happily agreed. As I sit here hours later they hurt. The real issue came when I got my manicure. I thought it was too quick but I was short on time and didn't want to make a scene. I got a very sheer pink polish since I have to let my nails rest after too many years of gel manicures. When my nail technician unceremoniously dumped me at the drying station I started to realize that she left chopped sections of cuticles around my nails. I also noticed that the polish was streaked and missing in spots. I got the attention of who I thought was the manger and asked if they could take the polish off because my nails looked crappy and the polish was streaked. He must have realized the problem because he spoke rapidly and forcefully in his native tongue to my nail tech and she started taking off my polish. She then went back in and cut my cuticles again. She apologized and said it was because my nails were dry (that's why we get manicures right?!). She buffed my nails and I left with the crappiest and most expensive mani-pedi ever. P.S. They still use razors on your heels and my feet are not smooth like they usually are after a pedicure. Read Less

What I like about Rose nail and spa is that they use liners. I like that the lotions and products they put on you are a much higher quality than many other nail salons. I also like that it doesn't smell like toxic when you're in there getting a manicure and a pedicure. I would imagine that it's much healthier for the people that work there as well. Willie is so very fast and friendly, I couldn't believe how quickly my mani pedi was done, so I was skeptical, but my French tips lasted and the ends stay white two weeks! I've also broken my thumb nail two separate occasions and he fixed it no questions asked! They're awesome and have a huge staff so I never see anyone waiting. Read Less

I am in Florida 2 or three times a year.  Rose nails is where I come for a mani-pedi.  They offer several levels of services, but if you stick to the cheapest pedi - like $28 you get a good solid pedicure - the upgrades don't seem to be worth the extra cash - up to $50 and over. The padi room is clean and has several pedi chairs.  They use the tub liners  and seem to pay attention to cleanliness protocols. Being from NY I am used to these services a lot cheaper. I usually get a  mani/pedi combo for no more than $23.  There is no shoulder rub when you move over to the dryers, which is something I enjoy.  But Rose Nails in conveniently located by Publix and Beall's and they happily take walk - in customers. The salon is spacious and relaxed.  Very clean, including pedi tub liners and all hypo blue light tools.  Decent price for gel mani and pedi. About $45.  I had an issue with peeling on my gel, went back and they fixed it no charge. Read Less
