The owner did my nails and it is the worst job that I have ever had done. I was in dire need before an event and he completely rushed through. Some of my nails are crooked, some don’t line up with my nailbeds, and some look like chiclets... not only can I not fix it because they’re dips but for someone who who is insecure about my hands in the first place, I spent $35 on something that made me feel even worse now. I wish I never got my nails done to begin with, and I’m stuck with them since they are physically stuck to my fingers. I went in for the first time and I had a coupon for a acrylic fill for $15. I showed the coupon and the guy who did my nails said ok sit down . He did a good job doing my nails but I wasn't happy about charging me regular price which was $28. I feel it was misleading since he did not say it would be extra for anything . Took my two daughters for a fill for prom and a manicure for the other. What a disaster! My daughters' cuticle was seriously cut and bleeding. I cannot say enough good things about Teddy and the salon. But let me start by saying not only is he an excellent nail tech he is by far the most polite and caring person that I've ever dealt with in the service industry. He is patient he does your nails how you like them and he is beyond kind. I have been to so many salons from Port St Lucie to PGA and no one even compares to his mannerism and skills. I went into Metro on a recommendation of a friend for a pedicure and my first ever gel manicure!The place was very clean and classy looking, surprisingly quiet for a Friday afternoon but nonetheless nice overallTracey did my pedi and gel mani!! The salon in itself is professional and most of the service works really well and is really friendly, but I had one guy who was so lazy and in such a hurry to finish my manicure the other night he gave me and attitude while I was picking a color. He left before he could fix a nail that wasn't painted well and rushed the whole process. Very rough with my fingers as well. Love this nail salon! I used to go to A&J nails for years but now that I've gone to Metro Nails, I think I'll be going there from now on. The spa pedicure was very relaxing and with a great massage. I've been to metro nails a couple of years ago and wasn't impressed but I wanted to try out their new salon. They took us right away and had three chairs all together for my party (we didn't have an appointment). We liked the women who gave us a pedicure. My mom and boyfriend had the same ladies for their manicures. I had to wait (a few minuets is fine with me). I got the woman who did my boyfriends nails and she did an excellent job on my nails. The downside: I have never gotten charged for a design (and I mean I have never been charged my a salon for a design) so that really upset me and the fact that no one told me that there was a charge. Also; I guess it's the owner? But anyway he kept shouting for people across the salon which is was not professional by any means. I would go back the prices were decent, and the place was beautiful! I discovered Metro Nails a few weeks ago and went in for a pedicure.  The place was clean, the staff was really friendly and accommodating and my pedicure was really good.  Since I had gone in on my lunch break, I made an appt w/Tom to get my nails done (pink and white) for later that day.  He did a phenomenal job!  I made another appt to get a filling for three weeks later (today) and he saw me promptly upon entering for my scheduled time. My filling was completely done in 30 minutes and my nails look like they were done fresh for the very first time---you can not see any lines where the nails grew out at all. Same thing happened as it did to a lot of others. Bad place. They tell you 10 minutes and hold you hostage in pedicure bowl for 40 min. I left with soaking wet feet since I refused to wait anymore. No one offered me a towel or said anything to me. Do not go.!!!I mentioned my experience to a friend who said that she stopped going to this place since they just rush through services. This may be weird coming from a guy... but I just got a mani pedi with a co worker here. It was very comfortable and the nail techs were really cool.
