I asked for white coffin nails and what I got in the end was horrible looking clumpy nails. This placed does not care about the quality of your nails they just care about how fast they can get you in and out. The shape of the nails were uneven, he globbed the layers of the nail polish so they didn’t dry right. I messed up two of them from moving to the drying station and he literally just painted over it just to “fix” it which only made the nails look worse. I tried to tell them about it politely but instead of looking how terribly he did my nails he blamed the nail polish because apparently white is difficult to paint. I went here twice to get a full set of acrylics with a French manicure. The third time I went here I told them I wanted one color, not the French tips, and I wanted my nails cut shorter. They kept asking me if I wanted the tips this color, and I said no, I wanted my entire nails one color. After discussing this in Korean in front of me, the nail tech dipped my nails in powder twice and put on a couple of coats of clear polish. Then she put on two coats of the color polish. CAUTION: THEY CHARGED ME $50 FOR A GEL MANICURE (TIP NOT INCLUDED). MY ACRYLIC FRENCH TIPS COST ME $46 WITH TIP (AND THIS INCLUDED AN EYEBROW WAX). I signed the credit card receipt and went on my way. When I got home, I realized what they had charged me and called them. The guy told me that I was given something called "Healthy Nails" and this was the powder that they had dipped my fingers into twice.
