Don’t waste your $$$ and time! Charged $75 for SNS nails, after one day 2 nails broke, and Kieu Q refused to fix 7 days after I’m just a mum trying to make myself feel and look better all to throw $70 in the bin! Great place for manicure and pedicure. The nail salon is inside a big shopping plaza with easy in and out access as well as many parking spaces. I love to come get a pedi after an hour of cardio next door at planet fitness. What a treat to get feet rubbed after a hard work out. A+ nail salon. Read Less

I love getting pedicures here. They offer many pedicures ranging from the basic pedicure $25 to the super pedicure $55. The place is super cleaned. The staff is always friendly and do a good job. Best salon in town! Bnails offer a variety of pedicures to accommodate your needs! The pedicures are amazing! Every staff member in there strive to accommodate their clients! Bnails also offer you complimentary drinks which includes lemonade water or tea. The place is so beautiful and the staff is so friendly. I was greeted the minute I walked in. They helped me pick my colors patiently which always take awhile because I'm indecisive. Free disposablepedi kit was offered to take home after 1 time use. The disposable liner was used for the pedicure. Hot rocks were applied on my legs during the massage as well as the hot towels were used to wrap around my legs. I love this place and will definitely return with friends. Read Less

Terrible customer service. Did full acrylics with gel polish in about 15 minutes. Didn't even cut my nails first or anything. Just put them on. Half way through she started texting and talking to another work across the room so half my nail ended up crooked and not anywhere near my cutical. Went back 2 weeks later to get them removed and I sat in the chair waiting an hour then they put me at a table alone just soaking my hands for 30 minutes in pure acetone. Lady came back for 2 minutes to drill off some of the acrylic then did the same thing another 30 minutes. When she came back to get the last of it off she stopped after one hand to order pizza on the phone. Terrible services and high prices. Never going back!!!! Read Less

I am really disappointed! I've been here a hand full of times and they were all different. But this last visit did it for me, I will not be returning as a customer. The gel polish was literally peeling off the NEXT DAY and I was told it was my fault. There are too many personal conversations going on, too much stop and go!!! I'm paying money to be pampered not to hear your work place drama and to sit there for 2 hours. NEVER AGAIN! What a waste of money! Read Less
