Today I came in for a full set french manicure. I had a 9:45 appointment and the reason I made an appointment was because I stopped in last week when they had a sale going on and wanted to take advantage of it. The lady up front was so pleasant but unfortunately I was limited on time and there was an hour wait. So I left but because she was so kind and it was so clean in the salon I called to make an appointment for today. I had to drive out of the way to come in and was so excited because I do not usually get my nails done and I needed a little pick me up so I treated myself. When I arrived and sat down I let the nail tech know I wanted my cuticles cut and looking good in addition to my french mani. She said when they drill the nails the cuticles come off but I can decide if I want them clipped when she is done, so I said okay. I could immediately sense that the tech who's name was Tea, was in a hurry to get my nails done. She was on her phone texting throughout my time with her and was going really fast, I couldnt even enjoy the experience and I couldnt believe how unprofessional she was but I assumed she was having a rough day and tried to see past that. Towards the end before I put my nails in the light because I got gel she asked me to look at my nails to make sure I liked them and I showed her there were a lot of mistakes, so many that I was frustrated having to point things out because she was frustrated. There was white paint all over my skin, spots on my nails under the clear paint she applied that was from the nail dust she did not fully remove and each side of the white french tips were uneven, they genuinely looked bad. So I kindly asked her to fix the issues and clip my cuticles because the paint was stuck in my skin (she seemed to think that was passable) and that is when everything went downhill. I felt so uncomfortable. With everything going on in this world I literally had tears in my eyes by how she was treating me which was very passive aggressive. When I asked her to fix the mistakes she did but again my nails just did not look great. I had to ask her fix stuff a second and third time. After the third time she did ask me again if I approved and I did because they were okay and I did not want to ask her to correct anything else because of how she was treating me. Plus with the lighting they looked good enough but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. It wasnt until I got in the sunlight that realized they looked bad. Which I have attached photos so you can see. Back to when I made my appointment, because I mentioned the sale they said they would honor it. I was told the full set french mani with gel would be 55.00 plus 5.00 to clip my cuticles which would total 60.00. Tea charged me 65.00 total. I was not upset about the additional 5.00 but it's the principal and of course I did not say anything because again I was so uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I left her a 15.00 tip because I wanted to be kind to her but I dont think she cared. So I left but I came back in because I had the courage to speak up and ask for the owners name so I could share the experience but she wasnt there. The other women were very kind and even the customers who could see me shaking, they even tried calling the owner but at that point I was running out of time and needed to be on my way. I share my experience on here because the second time I left I had tears in my eyes and wanted to cry. Again, with the world we live in it's simply not right to treat people that way. I worked hard for the money I spent there and the way she treated me was detached and heartless and she was very irritable. I am not looking for handouts or discounts or anything free but I do hope this review makes a difference in her life if she reads it and in your establishment. God bless. Read Less

The nails are by far the best that I have had before. A few popped off and because I did not keep the receipt they would not honor and FIX. Please do NOT get a wax job, you will help them retire in the next month or so. Read Less
