The only reason I’m giving a two stars is because of the atmosphere and my sisters nails turned out great. But the lady whose husband also works There sucks...my nails are super thick and lumpy. I’ve only had them a week and they are lifting. She also Didn’t push back my cuticle so the nails arnt as close up as they should be, so they look like I’ve been wearing them for 2 weeks.....ALSO they add charges for everything and DONT tell you. I asked for my nail to be slightly pointed and they didn’t tell me It would be 5$ extra, and they put gel polish on me WITHOUT me asking for it and charged extra for It....:be careful her, the men who work here do a great job, however the wife, not so much. I took my grandma here so that we could both get our nails done. We both had a wonderful experience the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my grandma's wheel chair and even put a heater near her when she complained about being cold. They were patient with her when she got confused due to her Alzheimer's. I honestly will not take her anywhere else after this wonder experience. Read Less

Got a fungus on the back of my legs yesterday when I went in to get a pedicure...obviously the foot tubs are not sanitized properly!!! First time this has ever happened anywhere!!!!! I will NOT be going back!!! Read Less

I called this location at 6pm,  they informed me the last customer is taken at 7pm.  I let the girl know two of us were on our way.  We arrived at 6:50 only to find the lights off and the gate all locked up.  I find it highly unprofessional to close early when a customer said they were on the way and got there ten minutes before the stated time of the last customer.  At first we were disappointed but realized it was probably better, if they closed early, what else are they cutting corners on.
