Worst nail salon! I got my nails done here before a cruise and the guy cut me three different times. Then I went back to get them filled and the lady asked me where I got them done and I asked why and she went on to tell me how badly done they were. When I told her I got them done here she got quiet as if she wasn't saying anything. Then when I left I noticed how horribly she painted my nails. Come on how hard is it to paint someone's nails? My mother and I went to this red nails place and someone did my nails and he did them perfectly made sure that they looked perfect then some lady over here just messed my moms nails up and did it all wrong and they look so dull and doesn't even look like she did them right now my mom has to get them redone because of this lady Read Less

I went to Red Nails to fill in an acrylic set from a previous place I did not like. I signed in and was seen quickly. Salon was clean and well-lit. Lisa did a great job. She listened to my requests for exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased! I found my nail salon and will DEFINITELY be a returning customer. Read Less

I just dropped in to see if they could do a pedicure @6:45p..they close at 7p. They said sure. The lady that did it is awesome! I chose the Salt Scrub $30.00, and let me tell you it was worth every penny! She didn't rush through, took her time all the instruments were new. She also paints very well, cleaned up all the boo boos around the nail. I will be definitely be back. I would recommend Red Nails to anyone. Read Less

We made reservations for four mani/pedis at 9:30 a.m. When I made the reservations I asked if we could all be serviced at the same time and I was assured we would. When we arrived there were only three staff members available to service us. Long story short:  my friends were served first and got twenty five minute pedicures and twenty minute manicures with some massage on their hands and arms. I got a twelve minute pedicure and a seven minute manicure with absolutely NO HAND OF ARM MASSAGE. I was the last one to get service and the first one to be finished. I went in as a walk in and there were two people available just sitting down. I asked them how much the wait time would be if I could get food and come right back. I was gone for 5 minutes. We did have to wait a while for pedicures, but I can't hold that against them on a Saturday, as they were just busy. I wish we had caught their names, but my friend had a Vietnamese lady, and I had her Chinese husband. Both were lovely people, who took their time to do a good job. My tech did great massage on my feet and legs and took off about 5 pounds of skin off my heels. Places don't usually do that much work on calluses even when you pay extra for it. Got a fill from some guy here, he was okay. Nothing special...showed him a pic of how I wanted them and he came kinda close to it. One of my nails broke the very next day and I'm guessing it was due to cheap project they use, as this never happens to me anyplace else. He hummed some kind of oriental song the entire time which was...different lol he was also very slow and I had places to be so that was a downer. Other then that they seem to be not terrible? lol it would be two stars of my nail hadn't broke the next day...I'd say avoid this place if you can. Read Less

I wouldn't give any stars but had to in order to submit review. i went here two weeks ago on a wimb to get my nails filled. I figured I would find something closer to home withoput driving 30 minutes or more. Well I found this place right outside my neighborhood. I thought it would be a good thing. WRONG!!!!! For the first time I have nail fungus from the technician not cleaning his tools. I noticed he was messier than the other nail technicians in there. He used metal nail forms for the white fill to shape instead of using the artificial nails and throwing them away. When he used the metal ones on me they weren't cleaned after his last use. So I am certain after getting my nails done for over ten years off and on and never getting a nail infection before it had to be from the technician not cleaning his tools. I would not recommend going there to anyone, unkless you avoid the technician that sits in the second chair on the right.
