They don’t even deserve one star! They keep deleting my review on their Facebook page because they know they are in the wrong! I came in to get a manicure and got kicked out for telling the lady it was messed up and didn’t look right! They said I was being rude which I wasn’t till AFTER they kicked me out and made me leave with a manicure UNFINISHED! I’ll be posting pictures of the horrible job Jenny’s nail technician did! My nails weren’t growing with the gel.. My friend and I go to T she’s the best. Also her sista Jenny. She’s great with designs. We do the dip powder and our nails are now long and healthy. The place is Always clean the pedi chairs they always put new clean wrap in them so your toseys aren’t sitting in someone else’s funk. Awesome people. The only bad thing is they are always booked. This is not the one ladies! My sister went here yesterday and had a horrible experience. We went to The Polish Bar to get it fixed with my mom today and let me just tell you, hands down The Polish Bar was the best experience We've ever had at a salon. Save yourself the trouble and money. Read Less

Overall great work on nails are done here. However, it's unfortunate that they constantly double book customers and it's a little inappropriate to see kids running around while you're trying to relax & enjoy the complimentary wine. Read Less

I was a bit underwhelmed by the experience. Maybe some people enjoy the massage chairs but they just make my back hurt and the prospect of driving home definitely nixed the option of an alcoholic drink (though is a nice thought). They do offer acrylics here so if you're like me and the smell bothers you, better to pass. The woman in charge is definitely competent and fantastic however she is clearly not well supported and was run off her feet. Unless I have a nail emergency I don't think I'll be back. Read Less

My experience after multiple visits has been superb! Having been born and raised in South Tampa and having tried many Mani/Pedi spas, Polished Nail Bar has always gone above and beyond with their services! From complimentary wine choices, to being polite and clean, always friendly staff, I have recommended this spa to many of my friends who have had the same results. They have become repeat customers! Ive never been treated so rudely. The owners mother yelled at me for not liking the color on my nails and she made her 16yo daughter takeover my pedicure half way through the service. This unlicensed untrained teen was too busy flipping her hair in and out of her face and her hair kept getting all over my feet. The second time i went in I made an appointment telling the owner I wanted her to do my mani pedi  for my brothers wedding and told her i might need tips put on bc my nails are short. She said fine but when I got there, she tried to beat around the bush and said she doesnt have time and that i should have told her and that she can only do gel polish. Then i overheard her telling an untrained employee to start my pedicure and when the employee hesitated she told her she would watch her. Now mind you i had made an appointment only with her, not untrained employees. I feeling like a fool that i had given them a second chance and wasted my time, left without anything! I DO NOT recommend this trashy place to anyone. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE!!!! Dont waste your money. Im a business owner in town and I was appalled how they treat their customers. We ARE NOT hillbillies in Brooksville and this nail joint isnt a BAR, the wine is cheap and the glasses are dirty! Read Less
