I was in on tuesday and while you guys always do a great job on my nails my experience tuesday was not so great. For some reason for a gel mani and pedi i paid 60 (with tip) despite it being 10% off my bill. this is considerably more then what i paid my first time with an eyebrow wax included. The man who helped me asked me what kind of pedi i wanted not letting me know if it was extra or not. He was slower then the others and hurt me a few times by digging in and around my... toe nails with this hook looking thing. He asked me what nails i wanted trimmed???? never happened before. When it came to my mani he didnt even clean under my nails and made several fingers bleed while trimming my cuticles. Overall great job on the painting of my nails he took his time. Don't go there. I went in for a pedicure without polish because I didn't have time and they charged me for the same as a pedicure with polish and hardly did anything to clean up my nails. The young man who did my nails and pedicure (brought my own polish for a basic) was thorough, polite, and did a great job. The lady who had on a previous visit (Stephanie? not sure) has since left for another location, and she was good as well. As for waxing? I would not recommend the young lady who did my leg. I say leg because I was not informed they didn't carry enough wax to co plate the task and tried to wait until the one leg was done to inform me I could go to an affiliate salon down the road for the other leg. Not professional and I informed them I did not have time for that because the one leg took way longer than usual so I paid and tipped for the one leg only. I also didn't like that I was waxed out in the open in some very uncomfortable positions...most nail salons have a back, private room; this does not and so perhaps should stick to doing eyebrows. There was a lot of laughter and liveliness surrounding my waxing so the relaxing massage-like atmosphere of the pedicure/manicure was broken by feeling like I was perhaps the butt of some joke I was not a party to. The owner is a kind man so I pray that things here improve; I'm not giving up on them but competition in this area is fierce so I'm hoping that my sincere critique is taken in the spirit in which it is offered. Stephanie did a regular pedicure and manicure for me last night. Although she was a nice lady, she did a terrible job on my nails. First of all, she took over 2 hours- for a regular basic manicure and pedicure! Secondly, she cut my toe nails super short. And thirdly, she did a terrible job at painting them. she didn't cover the full nail or file them neatly. I went home and removed the polish and redid them myself. I will never go again. Read Less
