I went here a couple of days before my wedding to have a mani/pedi and also a brow thread. The people who work here are so professional, fun to chat with and really made me feel at ease! They were really skilled and the treatments I received were excellent. The shop itself is really clean and professional, and they really made me and my mum feel at home! I will 100% be going back here :)

Absolutely amazing!! The place is clean and tidy, the staffs are friendly and professional. Even I made the appointment last minute and I was the last customer on Sunday night, I didn't feel rushed at well. They treated me well and done my nails well and definitely will back again. Five starts recommend!!

Waited almost 45 minutes even though I made an appointment. During my pedicure only one of my feet was scrubbed. I then wanted a full set. French Gel. My cuticles were not taken care of before placing...
Waited almost 45 minutes even though I made an appointment. During my pedicure only one of my feet was scrubbed. I then wanted a full set. French Gel. My cuticles were not taken care of before placing on acrylic. The pink part of the nail has white spots and marks from the brush. The tip of my nail does not have color all the way through. There is nail polish left on my skin. What a waste of money. I have been going here for years, but never again.

Absolutely amazing nails! I've been here a couple of times and the girls are so helpful! I was really indecisive about colours and they helped me choose something that suited me. I had my eyebrows threaded too and it usually causes me a lot of pain but she was so gentle! Will definitely be back!

Called and made an appointment for a pedicure due to having another appointment later in the day. Thought this would be better than just walking in and waiting. Appointment was for 1:30. Got there at 1:35 and was told the worker was at lunch and will be back in 15 mins. Waited for 30 mins and I finally said "I've been waiting for 30 mins and my appointment was almost 45 mins ago." I was told "sorry he should of been back by now." They acted as if it wasn't even a big deal. Why take appointments if you can't accommodate them?? They actually took another woman and started her pedicure who walked in after me!! What the heck! Poor management and waste of my of time. It's not worth it when there are plenty of good nail salons around.

I called for an 11:30 appt at this understaffed, and uncaring techs, unless, of course, you are a regular. I was not even greeted, finally spoke up, and told them I had an appointment for mani-pedi..told me they were sorry but I would have to wait...they took 2 walk-ins ahead of me.Rude, non caring...like a "too bad" attitude.In addition, nail dust was present on a lot of the exposed counter space

So nice and so professional. I went here to get a french manicure and the girls are so nice and friendly. The salon itsself is clean, doesn't look rundown, and is def a place you can relax. My nails turned out wonderfully and they don't overcharge. I can't wait to go back for another!

I went here a couple of days before my wedding to have a mani/pedi and also a brow thread. The people who work here are so professional, fun to chat with and really made me feel at ease! They were really skilled and the treatments I received were excellent. The shop itself is really clean and professional, and they really made me and my mum feel at home! I will 100% be going back here :)

Waited almost 45 minutes even though I made an appointment. During my pedicure only one of my feet was scrubbed. I then wanted a full set. French Gel. My cuticles were not taken care of before placing on acrylic. The pink part of the nail has white spots and marks from the brush. The tip of my nail does not have color all the way through.
