I like that the place is clean is why I gave them the star. I had a pedicure and manicure with gel polish on Sunday. By Tuesday some of the polish was peeling off by Thursday I had a total of 5 nails either peeling or had come off. They repaired them but they wasn't friendly about it. You know they are suppose to clean them off afterwards to make sure your nails are not sticky, well the worker looked at me and said across the room your done. I went here a few times. Kathy seems to be the only one to do service the way I like it. I think she's one of the owner's. The other "owner" or tech that sits in the front is rude to me every single time I go here. She acts like I'm bothering her when I come in. I went in today for an eyebrow arch and finally decided I don't have to spend my money here after she rolled her eyes when I told her what I needed. I left. I won't go back. Well, I use to go here all the time until today. I called and made an appointment because I did not want to be a walk in. When I got there they sat me at a table. But the girl was busy with a pedicure at the time. I clearly told them what I was coming for when I made the appointment, then after waiting 50 minutes at the chair for the girl I had the appointment with to finish she came over and told me that she does not do the service that I waited 50 minutes at her station for, I said well maybe they thought I was making the appointment with someone else, then I said should I just wait for someone else. My appointment was an hour ago. She just shook her head and went on with her next pedicure. She did not say anything to anyone about it and left me to continue sitting. It was busy and the employees seemed stressed. Not the environment I want when I want to relax and have my nails done. It was very unprofessional and if I could give zero stars I would. BEST Nail Salon in Spring Hill !!! I have lived out here for 5 years and never know about this GEM I used to have to travel to get a proper manicure (someone that srubs) and is VERY R and Friendly. I tried to give this place many chances because the owner is very nice but her employees are absolutely the worst. I’ve had many bad experiences and honestly I don’t know why I go back... it’s my own fault. Today I was treated very poorly, and basically laughed at. I don’t know the lady’s name because they don’t wear name tags but she sat in the back right corner and she was HORRIBLE. I got a gel polish change and I was being rushed and I asked for another top coat because you know I’m using my hard earned money to get my nails done and I want them to look nice and I was told “that’s extra”... my nails look horrifying and there’s gel polish on my skin but it’s all good as long as they got me out of their hair in 15 minutes! Whatever you do.. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get your eyelashes done here! I had my eyelashes done twice previously before I went here. The next day I had to go back cause a couple of eyelashes fell out ok no big deal. Let me just add in there I have not washed my face only with a cloth around my eyelashes. 2 days later on both eyes the same amount came off like literally just blinking and I had two that dropped down. Now I'm furious cause I have to go back again! I go back the third time and when I look in the mirror the extension we not even on the root on my eyelash it was towards the middle and with that said some spots looked longer than others. 30 minutes ago I started just taking them out myself cause pieces were at the tip of my eyelash, some almost on my eyelid it was horrible. If anyone has ever gotten their eyelashes professionally done you know how hard and painful it is to take them off yourself and I took mines of literally in 5 mins without no hassle so just imagine how easy it comes off!
