Don't go to this nail salon you will regret it!! I lost a nail due to there lack of there quality of work. Please read this review before going sorry I know it's a long review but it will save you money and your nails. I have been coming here since last year and they always were nice and did a decent job on my nails. I started getting dipped nails and they always lasted me 3 1\2 weeks with no problems. But lately they have just been rude, impatient and just act like your an inconvenience to them. I get dip nails from them and showed them a picture of what I wanted it was an ombre design. Instead of saying they didn't know how to do it correctly the nail tech just winged it. She got so frustrated trying to figure out what she was doing that she didn't even do all my nails ombre. At that point I didn't care I was so upset with how my nails looked I just wanted to leave. Not even 9 days later 5 of my nails cracked and huge pieces chipped off. So I call at 9:30 when they open to see if I could come in to get them fixed. The man on the phone immediately says to me thanks for calling last minute fits me in to getting my nails fixed. And the nail tech looks at my nails and says oh the dip is to thin that's why they broke. She does the five nails that were broken and I asked her what about the other five are they going to break she says I'm just going to dip them in clear dip to thicken them up and they'll be fine. The next day one of the nails she dipped in clear dip chipped and another had cracks all down them. So I had to go back again to get them fixed. She refused to fix the other 3 nails and as a result I caught my finger of one of the nails she didn't fix on the edge 2lb bag of sugar I was holding with both hands and moved my finger wrong and my completely ripped off. Not to mention all the nails she fixed after a week all had cracks going through them. I paid $45 to have my nails done and it was the worst experience and nail job I have ever had.

We had a terrible experience there. We had a 12 noon appointment for a wedding party . They called me the day before saying they had a cancellation and that they would be able to accommodate all 7 of us . We sat and waited for 20 minuets then our feet sat in cold water for 20 minuets. They didn’t clean nails properly, I asked for my toe nails to be cut real short and I had to keep reminding her . Terrible service!!! I would have gone to Spa Nails on rt 19 but they we close Sunday the wedding was Monday . My toes look terrible. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Min and Andy do a great job every time. My nails always look great and have never had one problem. Super nice and professional. I drive 40 minutes so they can do my nails:)

New owners!! I've been going to Andy and Minh for 10 years. I highly recommend them. Minh gives the best pedicures and the best eyebrow wax. Andy is very precise and takes his time.

They get 4 stars because me and my daughter went in early Saturday morning for pedicures they only had 3 people working I was told to wait somebody was coming for my pedi. The older women came in and I was soaking she took her time setting up and then decided to start filing my nails with the polish on smh I immediately asked for the young lady that was attending to my daughter. Yes I waited for her to finish my daughter. Her name is Ting best personality and did great work. My feet felt fabulous. Be aware of the Older lady she does not know how to do pedicures and she has a horrible attitude.

This place was amazing! It was our first time going and I was beyond impressed! Very good prices and they really cared about doing an excellent job. It was definitely the best pedicure I have gotten. The massage was an actual leg massage and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were also very clean and we even got to take home our bag of supplies! I cannot wait to go back again!

I had acrylic nails put on yesterday, and today there are some already falling off. Product laid uneven and got polish on cuticles. Also they don't like to run air conditioning! Low budget shop!!!

This place is now Botanique Nails &Spa. They have new owners and it has been remodeled. This is now my nail salon. I've been to a lot of places in this area, and I always leave disappointed. I am thrilled and love my nails now. The ladies were also very nice and enjoyed talking with everyone getting their nails done. The remodel looks fantastic. So neat, clean and organized. The owner showed me a picture of the new mani pedi chairs she has coming in, and I can't wait to try it out. I'm just so happy. I'm telling everyone about this place.

By far one of the worst nail salons I have been to! It took an hour and a half just to do regular white tip nails.. usually It takes salon an average of 20 minutes. The older woman that did my nails used the filer and scraped off half of my skin and even made it bleed then tried to hide the blood and even went as far as putting nail gule on my cut to stop the bleeding!!! She also kept smacking at my hand like I was a child! It was ridiculous and I definitely WONT be going back to the place!!! Waste of money and time for sure!!!

I went in for just a polish change on my toes and brought in my own polish. I came in on a Friday around 4 and they closed at 7. At 4pm there was only one other customer in the nail salon so I got seated quickly but the woman who was painting my toes did an awful job!! She put the polish on so thick and then after painting my toes tried to put my flip flops back on!! Not sure why she didn't do this before she painted them but I quickly found out. As she was trying to put my flip flop on she smudged the polish, no surprise!!! But then instead of redoing it, she just painted over it and dropped nail polish on my sandal!!!!!! I was so over it and will not be back!!

This salon is low budget. I came in for a pedicure and it was just not what I'm use to. Normally when I get a pedicure it's a nice relaxing time and comes with a reflexology massage. Well here they just rubbed lotion on, kind of like I do when I put lotion on my hands. Maybe I'm used to the sail salon I always went to back in Long Island, NY? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Please read this review before going sorry I know it's a long review but it will save you money and your nails.
