I did not have an appointment when I showed up on a busy weekday morning. I asked if they could fit me in. I was greeted by a group of lovely young ladies. I was told that they could squeeze me in if I didn't mind waiting for just a bit. I waited no more than 10 minutes. My fills are a little more involved as I get pink and white nails. My cuticles were cut way too short on several nails - my pinky was bleeding. The technician did put drops of something on it but proceeded to keep painting my nails, which I can't imagine is very sanitary. The salon is dirty, the staff isn't super welcoming...I won't be going back. Read Less

I've gone in before to get my eyebrows done and they always come out just how I like them. I go in and get told to wait a little and so I do. I ask how long will it take just so I know how long I'm going to be waiting. Once I get into the room to get my eye brows done, it all just feels rushed and just as I expected my eyebrows were rushed too. They DID NOT come out at all how I like them. Read Less

Ladies, we know that hair and nails are a must and when you find the right place and the right people, you never leave them. I did at Looks and Company. Carmel is fabulous with the hair. Kham is great for nails and facials. You won't be disappointed. Everyone that works there is very friendly and the prices are pretty reasonable. It's a very comfortable atmosphere. Kat gave me exactly what I asked for.  Anyone who has had a tough time finding a stylist knows how valuable that is!  She really seemed to have an understanding of hair, and worked with my hair texture and styling skill level to give me a great cut.  Kat really made me feel comfortable and we carried on a great conversation during my appointment, but I didn't feel the need to fill awkward pauses with airy banter like with some stylists.The shop was cute and clean, and the staff was super friendly.  Not super high-end in appearance, but who cares when you come out looking great?  Prices were very reasonable and I felt I got more than my money's worth.I plan to return for many more appointments!
