Terrible service. Terrible color choices. I was in with my friend and we were in there over an hour and a half (they weren't that busy). My nails weren't filed and need more nail polish. This nail salon is a joke! Don't ever come here. They will rip you off. They couldn't understand how to do a pink and white fill and starting taking my nails off to give him a new set when I didn't need one. Don't waste your time or money. Read Less

This nail salon is in my neighborhood so I thought I would give it a try. I got a pedicure and a fill in with gel polish. The pedicure was very relaxing and I am very pleased with it.  Ariana gave me an amazing fill in and totally fixed up my messed up nails from the last salon I went to. She is a true artistic!!! Very polite, friendly and professional.  She remembered my name and I cannot be happier with my beautiful toes and fingernails!!! Great little no frills salon. Well speaking from my Mrs. I have to say she's in there and she's out she doesn't get any nail infections most of them don't speak much English but that's okay there's a lady there the owner that takes care of all that and get pretty much what you asked for and maybe a little extra at no cost that's how those ladies are very clean place for eyes and pedicures they rinse everything out and sterilize it before they bring in somebody else they can't ask for much more than that and it don't smell like it's filled with chemicals which is nice Read Less

I saw a few comments in reviews here that weren't good, but thought I would give it a try anyway.  I recently moved to the area and need a new nail salon. I have to say I thought this place was very friendly, and very interested in pleasing their customers!  It's true that at most nail salons, the technicians will speak Vietnamese to each other, but I think that's mainly because not all of them speak English well. But every time the technician spoke Vietnamese to one of her coworkers, she apologized to me and made it clear that she wanted me to feel important.  I also noticed that they have a cleaning schedule behind every manicure station, and everyone has their license and name posted. I really liked that. It shows me that they are very concerned with being a safe and clean and friendly place!  The woman did my nails very well, and used my name often, and said she will remember my name when I come back! yep, terrible customer service.  Jump from chair to chair - one does this, next one something else.  This is all for nail fill.  Too hard.  Been here many times and never changes except for this time my nails look like crap after less than two weeks.  Too much chair jumping! Read Less

TERRIBLE customer service!! My mom and I kept going because it is cheap, but it is not worth it! They scream at each other in their native tongue frequently. I asked a question about pricing and was berated; the woman in charge yelled loudly saying she already told me the price and it was embarrassing! I like this little place.Great location and they really do a nice job. It's simple and no frills.I live in LA and there are so many trendy nail salons that do rubbish jobs for twice the money. This place hits the spot everytime. Very low key and consistently great long lasting pedicures. I will always return when I am in town. Read Less
