Unprofessional service and very limited colours and shapes. Rude staff, especially the man. Cold and dirty. I haven't been offered a drink even though they promote it on their site Everyone's putting you from place to place saying "Sit there", "Wash hands". I could barely understand the staff, sorry to say but your English is very bad. I paid £35!! for extensions and simple gel polish. Never paid a price that high for a manicure. Sick! Read Less

Had my shellac natural nails replaced last Monday & by Wednesday 2 of my nails had split. My nails were weaker & the colour chipping by Friday. I usually last 3weeks with shellac colour & have since been told an electrical file shouldn't have been used on my nail bed as that's what weakened it. I also had bumps where 3 layers of CND colour were applied (CND rules are 2 coats) and had burnt under the UV light. I am very disappointed, had to have colour replaced so not to cause further damage. Read Less

I recently tried Excellence Organic Nails & Spa for the first time. I admired this salon. I wasn't little skeptical that everyone gave them 5 stars. Staff had a assertive and creative for my nails. I came to Excllence Organic Nails Spa with my mom. I was happy! I walked in and was helped straight away by staff here. I didn't get the name of my nail tech but she did an amazing job on my manicures. They had a wide range of options including gel colors. I love that the colors are displayed on chips - even the non-gel colors. I'll definitely recommend 10/10. I'll be sure to come back for more pampering! Read Less

I was at Excllence Organic Nails Spa after 5 minutes driving. It was a nice day. They greeted me and made me feel at home!They did it with their whole of mind. This salon is now under new management and new owner! Esther, Anthony and Emberly and no longer there. This place just isn't the same without them! :( I wish the three of them good luck and blessings but I am so disappointed and sad! Now I will be searching for another nail shop but really doubt I will find one to replace what the original of this WAS!
