This is the worst nail salon I have ever been in! I took my mom in to get a mani/pedi. The first thing I told them was my Mom's skin is very sensitive. The women doing my Mom's nails was very rough & filing her skin. My Mom would tell her she got her skin & it hurt. The nail tech would get nasty & say she didn't. The nail tech was very rude with my Mom & myself. I really don't understand how she could argue she wasn't filing Mom's skin, my Mom was bleeding. Read Less

Coming into this nail salon i thought i was going to get a good or atleast decent experience, but i got the complete opposite, first of all this is the worst nail salon i have ever gone to, not just for the horrible and thin way the nails came out but because of all the pain and cuts i have, im not that big on reviewing but this was just over the top bad. Since i got out of the salon my fingers have been in pain, burning pain. I got cut with the drill on my actual skin twice, the person filed the acrylic nail too much it go to the point where my actual skin from my pinky nail got cut because of the file resting back and forth on my skin, i don’t recommend this place oh and also, they should wear gloves because they press down your skin with their real nails and theyre not even clean or trimed. If I could put zero stars I would in a heart beat. Probably the worst nail job I have ever had. When they were "cleaning " my nails they would burn my friend and my skin going as fast as they were going. After that they put the nails on all crooked they weren't even on all of our nails. While they were putting on the acrylic it was caked on coming off of the nail in a steady stream. When they cut the nails they were also crooked. When I told the lady about it she said "it fine that's how ur nail is. " Then in her language she said to her coworker that I was being rude. When they were filing my nails they did more then the other side and they were off. While they were helping us they would go to other customers right in the middle of what they were doing to our nails. Very nice and clean. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. Terrific chairs. Reasonably priced. Have cash for the tip though. My attendant did a good job,but was pushy to get me to take extras. This would have been 4 stars,but she had the bake box on LCD instead of UV, so it took a bit longer. Oops!!!?  I'll try a new person next time! Read Less

Went in for a pedicure and to have my gel nails removed. Pedicure started off fine. When one of the ladies figured out that I was not getting nails put back on, she clipped my gel nails really short, stuck her nail under mine to lift the nail, and then stuck a small hooked metal blade between the gel nail and my real nail. I was in shock. I asked if this was the proper procedure because I always thought they were taken off with a solution or by gentler means. Not a blade shoved under your finger nails. She said, "You be okay. " and continued. I could not feel the pedicure anymore at this point. I was stressed out. When it was all over, the lady who did my pedicure cleaned up what the other lady did to my nails as best as she could. That was in February. It is now April and my nails still feel a bit sensitive.
