Most horrifying experience ever. My fingers were cut so badly by the drill that they buff the nails with that I was bleeding. He continued to use the files and tools on my cut fingers and then moved on to the lady next to me. Even the girl who came over to paint the terrible acrylic job didint say anything about my fresh cut fingers. All of the nail were crooked and the acrylic was piled way too thick. I immediately went to another salon to have them fixed as best as possible.

Worst pedicure I have ever had.
The technician was rubbing my leg with exfoliant so hard that it was red and painful and I had to tell her to stop. She was unfocused, chatting away to her colleague the whole time and only massaged one leg briefly. She didn't do a neat job painting my nails. Spoke to owner and all he offered to do was repaint the nails. I had no time for that. Will never go back!

Went in for a polish change. She said "you need fill" (she was right it had been over a month)I said ok go a head. She filed of the dark polish leaving streaks of old polish on the sides. She blopped the stuff on, drilled away on the overage, never filed the sides at all. All my nails are different lengths. She then preceded to blop on the clear gel polish on and stuck my hand in the UV light. Polish had dribbled onto my skin and it burned me. It hardened to a big blob in the corner of my nail. "Sometimes that happen" she nips part of the hardened gel off. Think I will stay with my other place.

My nails look good. Pedicure was amazing up until I had to explain that I wanted my ingrown toenail taken care of and she did not do it. There seemed to be a language barrier/discrepancy where my nail tech could not understand what I was telling her. My toenails were supposed to be one color but she did not understand what I was saying so they were two colors.

On vacation and had to get my nail fixed. He did a great job, very fast and even fixed up some of my other nails. Even tho it's in Walmart. They did a great job.

Most horrifying experience ever. My fingers were cut so badly by the drill that they buff the nails with that I was bleeding. He continued to use the files and tools on my cut fingers and then moved on to the lady next to me. My nails look good. Pedicure was amazing up until I had to explain that I wanted my ingrown toenail taken care of and she did not do it. There seemed to be a language barrier/discrepancy where my nail tech could not understand what I was telling her.
