Just terrible service :( She rushed thru my pedi and just seemed so distracted. My deluxe pedi was done and over in less than half an hour. No polish over my enamel. I really wanted to love this place :(

If there was zero stars that's what I would have rated this place, the pedicure was awful the girls were not attentive, lazy and did not care about giving us a good pedicure. It seemed like they Didn'...
If there was zero stars that's what I would have rated this place, the pedicure was awful the girls were not attentive, lazy and did not care about giving us a good pedicure. It seemed like they Didn't even want to be there watching TV during the service. I would not recommend this place

After asking to have my ingrown toenails taken care of, ken told me if I left them long they would grow out. Long story short I went to a different nail salon today and when they tried to fix my toena...
After asking to have my ingrown toenails taken care of, ken told me if I left them long they would grow out. Long story short I went to a different nail salon today and when they tried to fix my toenails they found where the Ingrow was it was very infected. I will never go to Red again . I will never refer them again. The place is dark and dingy and he should close down. I am mortified.

Wonderful service: everyone professional and polite. The owner, Ken, does an excellent manicure and pedicure. He and the staff are courteous and friendly. Prices good.

I have been a client for almost three years and have had outstanding service each time. Ken does the finest work on French nails...beautiful results. I also get pedicures and face waxing done by several technicians and am always pleased.

Don't know what happened to them!!!! Used to love the service, this encounter did not verbally interact with patrons, spoke to each other in other asian language or played with there phones. The pedi was a rip off, felt 1/2 complete compared to what they used to do, and no offer of massage chair. My gel manicure, was a disaster went to a wedding the next day and 3 nails were chipped off befor I got there, And eye brows, lets not go there, did she know what she was doing????And when I was leaving the girl at register asked me for a tip. An appropriate one would have been don't ask for a tip!!!!

Worst pedicure have ever had in my life! The only sanitizer for the equipment was quat which is not enough! My gut told to me to leave, I wish I had. The cheese grater on my heals, which I normally do...
Worst pedicure have ever had in my life! The only sanitizer for the equipment was quat which is not enough! My gut told to me to leave, I wish I had. The cheese grater on my heals, which I normally don't mind hurt my heal so badly it hurts to walk. It's been 3 days and I have an inflamed cuticle on one toe. Nails are uneven and not filed smooth. I could go on but instead I just won't go back

I had pink and white fill here the technician stopped several times to answer personal phone. I was then passed off to pedicure operator with nails half done while nail tech checked iPad . I was very displeased with my nails and service and will not go here again.

Long story short I went to a different nail salon today and when they tried to fix my toenails they found where the Ingrow was it was very infected. I will never go to Red again .
