I stopped in to get a nail fixed, I was charged $4 and left $1 tip which would make the total $5 when I looked at my bank statement they ended up charging me $14. I don’t understand how that mistake could happen but I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I went in to see why I was charged so much for ONE nail. The lady was EXTREMELY rude and told me it was my banks fault and I needed to call them and when I asked for her boss he went from “stepping out for a minute” to “being away on vacation” within two minutes. The entire thing was ridiculous. There was no apology, no refund, just rude customer service. If you decide to spend your money here anyway CHECK YOUR STATEMENT!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I had a mani/pedi on a Thursday evening. The tech was not pleasant. She held my fingers so tight and twisted at awkward angle which hurt. When I tried to reposition she pulled and held tighter, told me to relax!! As she cut my cuticles, NEVER AGAIN, and scraped the clippers down my natural nails causing scratches. I asked for no color, clear, she applied a transparent pink. It was not evenly applied. I asked for it to be removed. She used harsh polish remover which left my fingers very dry and ashy looking. The pedicure was no better. She left polish on my skin. I had high hopes, as it is very close to home. I won't be back.

Every time I go the women workers do not pay attention to what they are doing and talk in their native tongue back and forth over all the customers very loudly,not a very spa like feel.I think it could be a good salon if the owner would shut his chatty Kathy’s down and get them to concentrate on the customer

If it weren't for "Jimmy" who is a kind, hard working, qualified and respectful man, I'm not so sure I'd keep coming back. If he was the only person working here, I'd give Nails So Happy 5 stars. So...
If it weren't for "Jimmy" who is a kind, hard working, qualified and respectful man, I'm not so sure I'd keep coming back. If he was the only person working here, I'd give Nails So Happy 5 stars. So here is my main complaint against a few nail technicians...ATTITUDE! And after having a one on one with another client, it turns out that it's not just my imagination. So here's a polite request for you lovely Vietnamese women who think we don't know that you are talking about us in your "secret language"...knock it off. Just because we may not know exactly what it is you are saying about us doesn't mean we don't know that you are. In fact the girl who is the biggest offender's of this surprisingly speaks the best English. It is offensive to say the least and a disgraceful way to conduct a business. Ditch the gossip and our Nails will be So Happy.

This place was HORRIBLE! I got a refill on my nails & went back to get one nail repaired since they made a mistake. They got so offended & acted like children. I couldn't believe it cause I'm the one that paid for the service. I felt so uncomfortable in their presence. Since then, I've never stepped foot back in that place & never will. I would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy! I hope they grow up soon...

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I went in there to get a refill on my nails & I showed them a pic of how I wanted them to look. I asked the female nail tech if she could make my nails look like the pic. She told me that she could. However, when she got done, they looked nothing like she had promised. Then, 2 days later, the corner of my big finger had a chip, so I went back to get it repaired & showed them my receipt. The nail tech came over to fix the nail with a terrible attitude. She fixed it, put the pink & black on & told me I would have to put the silver on myself cause they used my polish. I walked out of there & vowed to NEVER WALK BACK IN THERE AGAIN!!! The worst customer service & "chip on your shoulder attitude" I've ever encountered. These people need 2 go back 2 their COUNTRY & get HAPPY!!!

Very pleased with my pedicure. The salon was clean and well lit. The pedicure chairs were modern and very comfortable.

This is really nice and clean salon, friendly . You have to stop by and also try healthy nail( SNS) it natural looking , not acrylic less file no odor .

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I had a mani/pedi on a Thursday evening. The tech was not pleasant. She held my fingers so tight and twisted at awkward angle which hurt.
