Susan is the sweetest and hardest working nail technician at Siesta Nails. Her work ethic and kindness brings me back to Siesta Nails even though I have moved further south. Susan spends a lot of time with you, her pedicures almost put me to sleep and her manicures are fabulous. The salon is clean and relaxing. You can pay with credit cards but make sure you have cash for a tip. They also offer waxing, gel nails and various other nail products. Excellent value for money. You won't be disappointed! Worst pedicure was on Siesta Key; this is the second worst.  Sloppy polish application, no base coat, no top coat, did not even try to file the nails.  I was left for 30 minutes while the technician disappeared.  I finally go up, found someone to take my money and left.  Will take this mess off, find another spot when I get home.  Don't waste your money on the key or off.  They seem to prey on tourists or short term renters. I have been going to this spa for 2 years and brought family and friends. Had no appointment came with husband in wheelchair told to come back at five. We are now stranded due to van left. Women was mean rude and uncaring. Hey locals we patronize these people year around! Love being treated like dogs! Read Less

I stopped at Siesta Nails for a manicure and received very good service, except for one issue: while most of the instruments came from a sterile package, the technician used a nail file on me that had been used before. Aside from this issue, the technician was skilled and thorough.  The prices are reasonable and the salon is spacious and comfortable. Read Less

Worst nail job I have had in years. Nail polish missing from sides. Nail toes cut unevenly.  No experience. I got gel manicure and she was so slow that she would paint two nails and would have me put them under light!! Took three times as long. Pricey too for this type of inexperience. Read Less

Came in for a polish change on toes...messy, didn't clean up messy areas on my toes. Nice atmosphere and seems clean. I just wish they'd be quiet and not talk and ask a trillion questions. Let me and others relax. Polish seems slim pickings and are filled with paint thinner to keep longer. Read Less

My mom, daughter and I came in for pedicures and ended up getting manicures too. It was near closing time, but they took us anyway and didn't seem annoyed at all, which I might be :) Everyone was super friendly and did a great job on our hands and feet! Do not believe the negative comments About this awesome Salon !! I am a NailSpa aficionado and I will tell you that my first visit today was fabulous!!! Jeff did a Great job on nails, then my deluxe Pedi was done by another sweet lady!! All so professional!! In order of importance ( to me) 1. Very clean. Proper sanitizing. I witnessed tools were removed from sealed sterile packages which tell me they are sterilized in an autoclave. 2. Each basin (pedicure) had a removable disposable liner. 3. After a pedicure I witnessed a technician spraying down the pedicure chair area with some type of cleaner. My pedicure still looks excellent 4 days post ( as I write this) Equally important the technicians were very friendly. Great massage chairs. Very friendly service. Clean; they took the tools out of a sealed envelope and the tubs had liners. Excellent pedicure, leg massage, hot towels, really nice and relaxing. Love this place and everyone who works here. Always have the best no chip manicure and have never had a pedicure like the one they do.  I'm more of a snowbird and come here 7 months of the year.  My place up north (who I thought was the best) doesn't hold a candle to Siesta Nails. Wow! What an awesome experience I had. Not knowing the area, I was hesitant to try a salon, but really wanted a pedicure. I'm so happy I stopped in. The place is incredibly clean, with no strong odors. Manicures are done in the front room and pedicures in another large room.  The massaging pedicure chairs -- and there are about 14 -- seem new and are very comfortable. The music playing was soft and soothing. I was offered a bottle of water as my pedicure began. There are several different options available and I felt the prices were very good.I left the salon relaxed, with beautifully painted toenails. Several days later, my toes look just as good! I've decided I'm a fan of this salon after only one visit.  The space is large, clean and has a cozy atmosphere.I had a manicure. Right off the bat I was appreciative that they had the correct colors for an American manicure.  So many salons can't seem to get this right.  I went with my mom (who's a regular).  She had a pedicure and an acrylic fill so obviously her services took significantly longer than mine.  The staff was nice enough to let me hang out in the massage chair while I waited for her.There are large TVs in both rooms, tons of colors to choose from and they even have mini spa pedicure chairs for children.  I was informed that their drying lamps are LED (rather than UV) which is also a plus.
