This place sucks the staff and Kim the main lady is very rude, it was painful when they did my nails a couple times and they are very money driven and don’t seem to care as much about the customers. Today I went in to give them one more chance and asked for a nail I liked and then I got told that they can’t do it because “it was too hard” and it really wasn’t all that. Also they have sent me away before closing time because apparently they were “closed” but they are putting out the time as closed at 8. Very disappointing and disrespectful. Read Less

Kim and her staff are wonderful and I often drive from Parrish to see them. They have longer hours than many salons and are open on Sunday. They give long and wonderful massages and use sterilized equipment and maintain a clean facility. They have quality chairs too. Have tried others out of convenience and I always prefer Kim and her staff. Read Less

My regular nail guy is out of the country on vacation for a month so I came here on a recommendation.  I'm thrilled to say, I WAS NOT disappointed AT ALL!!  I called on a Friday and was able to make an appt. with Tom for the next day, Saturday.  When I arrived my overall impression of the business was very good!  Nice looking salon, obviously clean, very tidy, nice pedi chairs, nice work stations, nice chairs for the customers at the work stations.  I didn't originally schedule a pedi, but changed my mind and asked if they could do it and they willing obliged without hesitation.  Tom did the pedicure and it was phenomenal!!  He took his time, was very thorough, and gave one hell of a great leg/foot massage...oh my word!   Not too much pressure not too little pressure but absolutely perfect!!  Don't get me wrong, I'm not a HUGE fan of all the "pampering" that's involved in a pedi, but that's becuz I can't honestly remember the last time I really had a GREAT pedi!!  I once again am happy to report, I can now say I CLEARLY remember the last AWESOME pedi I had, and it was today!!  Seriously...I cannot wait for my next one!  . I was also in desperate needed a fill, which is why I made the appt. to begin with, 3 weeks for a fill, for me, is like 10 years!  Anything over 2 weeks and it never ends well...ever!  . The whole reason I went was I saw someone else's nails and I loved them and asked where they go, hence the recommendation, and man, Tom did ANOTHER amazing job!  I willing admit, 10000%...that I'm "that" girl when it comes to my nails.  Once again, I beyond THRILLED to report, I didn't have to say one single thing about how I wanted my nails done, Tom saw and did every single thing perfectly!!!  I may have just inadvertently divorced my regular nail guy, becuz I will DEFINITELY be going back again to see Tom!!! I went there specifically because I saw it closed at 8. When I got there at 730 they said sorry were closed. People were still in there getting their nails done. I know my nails don't take more than a half hour. I said I thought you closed at 8 they said oh sometimes early then she asked one of the nail techs something and told me he's leaving now we're closed. I went somewhere else and they lost my business. How do you have a sign that says you close at 8 and then say you sometimes close early?? It's a shame because it's so close to my house Read Less
