Hate to do this. I have been diagnosed with toenail fungus that I suspected a few weeks after pedicure. It is a small corner in lower right of nail bed. Had great experience in 2017, however this time, not so good. Did not see tools come out sterilized.....The staff member who did pedicure did not seem to know what he was doing. I asked not to cut cuticles and he did. He was very awkward in his technique. Once his wife explained more technique it still was not right. The soaking bowl leaked and no one seemed to know what to do. I am sure he is a lovely man. He seemed more interested in telling me about his experience as a Captain in Viet Nam war who flew fighter helicopters. He had to redo large toe 3 times as polish did not adhere. Coincidently this is the toes that developed fungus. I have never ever had any issues with toenail fungus and Dermatologist said no polish for a very long time with treatment. Summer is here in CNY so a real bummer!

We were in the area from out of state, so we chose this particular salon based on their yelp reviews. CK was fantastic - thorough, gentle, gives a foot massage to die for, and was friendly throughout....
We were in the area from out of state, so we chose this particular salon based on their yelp reviews. CK was fantastic - thorough, gentle, gives a foot massage to die for, and was friendly throughout. I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend them, and will be back many more times. I wish we had salons of this caliber back home.

Stopped in this nail spa for a vacation treat. There were 3 of us and they got us on right away. We all got the lemon pedicure and it was awesome! Polish held up for the entire trip - 7 days of beach...

I won't go anywhere else in Sarasota for a manicure and pedicure. Aquasandz is very fairly priced for St. Armands, and the staff is so, so nice and accommodating. If you come multiple times, they will remember you and ask all about you. I recently moved and will desperately miss not being able to come here for my manis/pedis!

I'll start with the positive - the staff is very, very friendly and they have a nice selection of polish colors. The salon itself is accommodating to a bigger party however the do not have enough staff to accommodate everyone (only 3 of us could get a pedicure and manicure at a time). My biggest problem with this salon is the quality of work. $70 and 3 days later it looks like I never got a pedicure and the polish has been on for 3plus weeks. My gel manicure started coming off Sunday afternoon. I do not recommend this place.

I called in advance to schedule mani pedis for myself and my best friend for our girls' day. Although I was told their hours have changed and are not normally open on Sunday's anymore, they made an exception and opened early to accommodate my friend and me.The ambiance was clean and relaxed and we were offered drinks immediately. The music added to the mellow vibe of the place.Madison and Jonathan were terrific, chatting with us and making sure we felt pampered and pleased with their services. My nails look terrific, and the pedicure with paraffin to soften and smooth looked and felt amazing. I'll definitely be back to check out their other services.

As for decor...desperately in need of TLC. Second place on the circle I've tried and not happy. Live here now and long for mani pedi in NYC for $25 combined and a whole lot better!!

My to-be wife came here before our beach wedding to get her nails done (mani,pedi). This place is nice and clean. I was surprised how much more sanitary it was compared to your average nail salon. Her nails came out great for our wedding day and they have lasted two weeks without chipping. Next time we are in town she will definitely go back here. On a side note another plus for this place particularly geared to tourists is its location. After your nails you can walk around Armand's circle and then head to Lido Beach.

I will go back there every time I come back to this area for vacation. Best part--definitely the staff. It was clear they were trying to make everyone's experience the best it could be and they achieved it without a doubt!! If you need skin care, a manicure or a pedicure---go here; you won't be disappointed!And to address another reviewer's assumptions--cross my heart, I am not related/friends/enemies/neighbors with anyone at this facility. Just a visitor from a thousand miles away that was throughly impressed.

There were roaches running across the floor and while I sat in the pedicure chair I got to stare at a dead bird on the windowsill!! The service itself was adequate at best. Complained that anything wrong with my nails was all done by someone previous...seemed to be setting the stage up in case I complained about something. Still on the hunt for a good nail salon!

pleased with their attention to cleanliness, the quality of the the manicure and the
helpfulness of both Madison and John. I feel fortunate to have stumbled into their

Hate to do this. I have been diagnosed with toenail fungus that I suspected a few weeks after pedicure. It is a small corner in lower right of nail bed. Had great experience in 2017, however this time, not so good. Did not see tools come out sterilized.....The staff member who did pedicure did not seem to know what he was doing. I asked not to cut cuticles and he did. He was very awkward in his technique. Once his wife explained more technique it still was not right. CK was fantastic - thorough, gentle, gives a foot massage to die for, and was friendly throughout. I can't say enough good things. I highly recommend them, and will be back many more times. I'll start with the positive - the staff is very, very friendly and they have a nice selection of polish colors. The salon itself is accommodating to a bigger party however the do not have enough staff to accommodate everyone (only 3 of us could get a pedicure and manicure at a time). Although I was told their hours have changed and are not normally open on Sunday's anymore, they made an exception and opened early to accommodate my friend and me.The ambiance was clean and relaxed and we were offered drinks immediately. Attention to cleanliness defines this nail salon. I was fortunate to look above the stores one day as I walked along a side street in St. Armands Circle. There I saw
a sign for a nail salon and decided to enter. I have been twice and have been very
pleased with their attention to cleanliness, the quality of the the manicure and the
helpfulness of both Madison and John. I feel fortunate to have stumbled into their
shop.
