I am disappointed to have to leave this review after coming here for the past few years. However, the service has gone downhill at this nail spa. My appointment was late Saturday, and I'm reporting this experience just two full days after.  During my last visit, my nail tech started the process of removing gel nails (with cotton balls, acetone and foil) so that I could begin getting a new set. First, he corrected me when I called this a "gel refill," which I didn't understand, because that's what its reference as in the brochure. Fine. Then, after wrapping up my fingers, he left me for well over 20 minutes to go eat lunch, rather than just the few moments it takes. When he finally got back to me, he quickly processed my gel nail polish procedure. I prefer gel to powder, which is just a personal preference that usually lasts for about 2-3 weeks for me. He "tsked" at me when I politely declined SNS powder, and quickly put two coats of gel on my nails. He abruptly finished with them, thanked me and left. Later Saturday night, the tips of two nails were already chipped (I literally went home to relax, nothing tedious happened). It's now Tuesday and two nails have completely peeled off from naturally lifting. I have to wonder if he even used gel on me, despite putting my hands in the UV machine after each step. I have three other nails that are already starting to peel. For $30 bucks a pop, bimonthly, this is unacceptable. I felt like cattle herded through this experience, not a loyal customer. It's disappointing to watch your money get flushed, so I urge this business to remember who's helping them build business! Please take better care of people who trust you. Read Less

I've been coming here for about 3 years fpr pedicures ... never had a bad experience! They use hot stones on the basic pedicure, their tools are clean, so are the foot tubs. The artist ask me before they cut my nails and even ask what shape. The massage the do on my legs and feet is always great. Love this salon! 😁 even if I have to wait its never been too long! I paid $60 for some wonky nails. I asked for almond shaped black acrylic. First off, my toes we're so rushed that I swear I could have painted them better myself at the age of 6. They did not clean up my cuticles or even scrub under my nails before adding the acrylics. I was very disappointed and practically seething for paying that much to get my nails done so horribly. Oh I almost forgot. There are lots of bubbles in my nail polish which means the color wont stay for very long. I do not suggest going to this place. Ever. Read Less

I never get my nails serviced from a mall. And I never got to a salon without checking the reviews. I made those two mistakes against my better judgement and gave this place a try. The customer service SUCKS! This should be a place of relaxation, but I felt uncomfortable throughout the duration of my experience here. They use modern terms of what's current in nail fashion to be able to charge more ; however, the nail techs are not efficient in performing the modern services. My nails, along with a few others, looked DATED. To cut this short, I paid for my nails although dissatisfied and found another salon to fix my nails AS I LIKE without the ego complex. Read Less

Love the convenient location of this nail salon! If you are ever shopping at the Seminole Towne Center Mall stop by. They are my favorite place to get a pedicure! The spa pedicure (the most affordable one) comes with a scrub, lotion and a hot stone massage and the pedicures get better from there. The hot stone massage is everything! The massage chairs are similar to the ones at other nail shops I believe. Linda is a great pedicurist, I recommend her. For manicures they are good, I've had better though. I did SNS and didn't love it. But all in all, they have great customer service and are a huge nail salon, I walked in and got service immediately. You can make an appointment or walk in. The wait usually isn't too long. Plus, you are in a mall so you can go shopping while you wait?! Would recommend coming here, especially a pedicure! Read Less

Went to see Gemma for my makeup after seeing how beautifully she did my friends. I was not disappointed! She is extremely good at what she does and is so laid back, even with my fidgeting she was so patient. My family's favorite spot for a perfect mani and pedi and I must say, it's a really, really nice spot!  Awesome customer service, clean and updated location.  I can remember the older layout and it's doubled its size a few years ago.Because this is my families favorite spot they recommended a couple great nail technicians.  One thing they love to do is visit during the week (it's really busy during the weekend) and they like to make appointments.  I was completely spoiled because my sis took care of the appointment setting.  Our favorite nail technicians are Thomas and Ann.  They provide excellent professional work (I'm extremely picky) and they finish off with a great foot and hand massage!  They also take their time and ensure every individual nail looks perfect!  Honestly, I can't say that for everyone!Today my gel mani and pedi was beautifully competed with a summer bright green pastel color!  I love it! Thomas helped me pick it out!  Getting ready for a family outing and all of us are matching with our bright pastel colors!  Go brights!  I will definitely come back and visit my favorite tech friends!  It's so awesome to visit and they remember your family and their names! I went in on Friday because I had my babyshower on Saturday. The nail tech I was placed with didn't talk to me at all and I had to tell her what I wanted and she would not even respond to what I was telling her so I couldn't even tell if she fully understand what I wanted. I went in for a full tip which is $25 and they charged me $5 extra for the shape of my nail. When she finished putting the color polish on my nails she sat me down on a massage chair to do my toes (my toes came out fine) but when she say me down she didn't put a clear coat on my nails when she finished my toes I reminded her about the clear coat and she rushed and put it on missing half of my nails. Of course I couldn't notice that until I got into natural light in my car but at that point I didnt want to walk all the way back bc my feet were swollen from my pregnancy. When I got home I noticed a bunch of mess ups my nails where not even, & some looked fat and the color was off bc she did more coats on some then others. But I decided I would deal with it. Saturday for my baby shower I woke up and all of my nails were chipped and the clear coat even looked a different color having a black tint. Just a hot mess. This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! Do not go here I warn you! The tech I got placed with did not speak any English and laughed at me when I asked for gels due to my acrylic allergy. When they brought out the powder for gels I saw it says "contains acrylic Esther" so I tried to ask if it actually contains acrylic, the man shrugged and started laughing even harder. He then proceeded to use the pure acrylic powder and realized he messed up 3 nails in and had to rip the acrylic off my nails leaving globs of it behind and just went right over them with the "gel powder". He did not clean up underneath my nails at all so I had globs of dried gel/acrylic under my nails I had to file and pick at for hours when I got home. Some of the nails are crooked and some do not line up with my natural nails at all. As I was going up to pay they started yelling at my friend and I about how I had not paid yet (why else would I walk up to the register before I left?????) extremely rude and horrible experience. Used to go here a lot more but now it's really kinda out of the way for me. I've never had AMAZING service here but I've never had bad either. Went today and wanted to get a full set- there was no wait so I went in. Told her what I wanted, no gel and coffin shaped... they charge $5 extra to shape them. I was afraid to get something fun at that point and just went with a dark plum. The girl was nice, did a great job, and in the end it was only $30. I was offered water but the girl next to me was offered wine. She was there for a fill, nothing fancy. That kind of bothered me. The girl at the front desk was very short and "rude" so to speak. Ashley was amazing! Traveling through Orlando for a cruise and googled Seminole. The service was phenomenal. The lady who waited on me, Ashley, was courteous and really met well above my expectations. She literally scrubbed the hell out of my feet (which is a good thing). I was in the mall,... Like everyone else I visit mall salons when it's convenient but they are typically not my first choice,... Stopped here because I was on my lunch hour and I desperately needed my eyebrows waxed before an after work function,... The woman who waxed my eyebrows pulled the strips off with absolutely no Umph. It's like she pulled every last hair out of my forehead individually. She did not pull my skin tightly - she did not apply pressure afterwards..... Her tweezing at the end was just as bad- she pulled every last hair ever so slowly. It was the single most painful eyebrow experience of my life - and I've been doing this every 2-3wks for about 8 years now - This is why I was so compelled to leave a review.
